Transfer Settings

(FFFTP)

NC client setting steps﹕
1. Insert CF card into Data Server, then put the Data Server on controller.

2. (OFFSET) →(+) → (SET), then change the value of PARAMETER WRITE


to ”1”
3. Set I/O CHANNEL to〝5〞。

4. (OFFSET) → (+)→ (OPR)→ DNC MODE :〝ON〞。


5. (SYSTEM) → (PARAM) →14880 (NO.SRH) , then set as below:
P14880#3 ＝ 1，P14880#5 ＝ 1，P14880#6 ＝ 1

6. (SYSTEM) →(PARAM) → 908 (NO.SRH) , s e t P908#0 ＝ 0


7. (SYSTEM) → (+)→(ETHBRD)：

8. (ETHBRD) → (COMMON) → COMMON：Setting[BOARD]


Set IP address as below：

IP ADDRESS for NC
9. (FOCAS2) → FOCAS2/Ethernet：Setting[BOARD]
Set PORT No. as below：

10. (DTSVR) → Data Server：Setting[BOARD] ，


Set HOST Name (IP address)、PORT No. and user name as below：

11. (PAGE DOWN) → Data Server：Setting[BOARD] , Set log Sub as below:

12. (PAGE DOWN) →Data Server：Setting[BOARD] ,


FTP SERVER
USER NAME：USER
PASSWORD：1234

Password：1234
13. (PAGE DOWN) →Data Server：Setting[BOARD] , Set log Sub as below:

14. (+) → (DS MODE) → DataServer MODE


15. (+) → (DS FMT) → (EXECUTE)：

16. (OPRT) → (CHKDSK) → (EXECUTE)：


PC client setting steps﹕
1. Please check if it’s connecting via HUB of PC and NC.
2. Start→ Control Panel

3. Control Panel → Network Connection。


4. Network Connection →Local Connection。

5. Network Connection → Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) → Contents


6. Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) → Set the IP address and subnet mask → Enter

7. Create a new folder and name as “FTP”


8. Run the FFFTP software → New Host…

9. At “Host Setting” to set as below:

Password：1234

Set the path of local folder


10. Choose Connect to start connection.

11. Upload files directly from PC after connecting finished.

12. Use PC to upload, download and delete NC’s files.

13. Check uploading files:

(EDIT) →DIR+)

14. (DIR+) → (OPRT) → (+) → (DEVICE)。


15. (DEVICE) → (+) → (DTSVR)

Recheck uploaded files after setting finished.

16. Run the processing program: Choose Auto Mode → (PROG) → (PROG)

→ (PROGRAM) → (+) → (DIR)。


17. (DIR) → (+) → (DNC)。

File loaded

18. Choose Auto Mode → (PROG) → (ABS) → (CYCLE START)。
