BLOCK ROSARY

Our Lady of Piat Formation Community

Immaculate Conception School of Theology

BLOCK ROSARY
OPENING SONG

Greetings of Welcome

Dear friends, welcome to our humble cottage. Thank you for being one with us in this
community prayer.
This month is the month of the Blessed Mother. It is the month of the Holy Rosary.
During this month, we urge everyone to implore Mary’s intercession for God’s blessings over us,
over our community so that our Lady may assist us in our life.
Mary is a model Christian. She accepted god’s will in her life. By praying the rosary, we
enter deeply into these mysteries where our life are more like Jesus’ and Mary’s own. These two
are the cornerstone of our faith because God’s plan became relevant for the whole world through
them. In this Marian devotion, we especially pray for PEACE, FREEDOM, and LOVE which is
the ultimate plan in this world.
Dear Blessed Mother, we are happy and honored by your visit to our home. May you
inspire us to love God more and more and to serve better our brothers and sisters. May happiness
and peace always reign in this community, and in the whole world. With you, our Mother, we
praise and thank God our Father in heaven.

PRAYING THE HOLY ROSARY

While holding the crucifix, make the Sign of the Cross.
In the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen

THE APOSTLES’ CREED

I BELIEVE IN GOD, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth. And in Jesus
Christ, His only Son our Lord; who was conceived of the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin
Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead and was buried; He descended
into hell; the third day He rose again from the dead: He ascended into heaven; and is
seated at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to
judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit; the Holy Catholic Church; the Communion of Saints; the
forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and life everlasting. Amen.

OUR FATHER
Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be
done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our
trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.
HAIL MARY
Hail Mary, full of Grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed are you among women and
blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus. Holy Mary, mother of God, pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

GLORY BE
Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, As it was in the beginning
is now and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.

PRAYER OF OUR LADY OF FATIMA

O MY JESUS, Forgive us our sins, save us from the fire of hell, lead all souls to Heaven,
especially those who are in most need of your mercy!
