Nanay Flor @70 Program Flow

I. Introduction of the Host


Former US President Abraham Lincoln once wrote "And In the end, it's not the years in your life that
count. But the life in your years". Tonight is a celebration of both the years and the life of Nanay Flor
as they call call her.

Good evening everyone, I am ______ and I will be your host for this evening.

Group Game
1. Arrange Yourselves Game
Two (2) teams to line-up depending on ex.age, height etc, and the first one to get 3 points will
be the winner)
2. The Balloon Game

Two (2) teams both will be instructed to pass the balloon backwards from the first person to the
last person and then pass the balloon under their legs, each member to make a turn in a
chair,put his right foot on the chair and sway his hips. He will then pass the balloon to the next
person in line.

Kids Game
1. The Longest Happy Birthday
Like the usual happy birthday greeting, participants will sing the longest happy birthday while
eating polvoron.

2. Nips Game (2 Teams)


Each participant to separate the nips per color and put them in individual cups

Individual Game (pls choose 2)

1. Doughnut on a String (5-6 participants)


This one is simple enough for the younger guests and delicious enough for everyone else. Tie a rope to
something sturdy, such as thick tree branches. Use ribbons to attach each doughnut to the rope so that the
doughnut hangs freely and is at a good length for the party guests. On the count of three, each player
must try to eat their entire doughnut without it falling to the ground. The big challenge: No hands allowed!
The first person to finish their doughnut without it falling wins.

Each participant will dance in a random song, winner to be picked by the audience
4. Apple Banana Orange
5. The Jolen Game (BOYS only)
Each will be given a jolen and will be instructed to place it under their pants,each must hold the
jolen and make it’s way up to the top, jolen must get out of the shirt through the neckline.

XIV. WORDS FROM THE CELEBRANT
Hindi po makakalampas ang gabing ito na wala tayong naririnig from the celebrant herself. I
would like to call our celebrant, Nanay Flor for a few words. [SPEECH] Thank you, Nanay Flor!
According to famous John Lennon, you should “Count your age by friends, not years. Count
your life by smiles, not tears.” With that said, if we do count Nanay Flor’s age by his friends and by
the smiles she paints on peoples’ faces, hindi lang siguro siya 70 years old ngayon. Siguro 100 na.
Ngayong gabi po, nagkaroon tayo ng pagkakataon to celebrate life and all its blessings.
From tonight, we see another year in Nanay Flor’s life filled with happiness, love and joy
surrounded by his family and friends. Again, HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY Nanayt Flor! And once
more, I am _________, at your service. Thank you everyone for gracing this event with your presence
and good evening! God bless you all!
