Amazing Remote Control Cardboard Tank: Project On Esm

The document describes a student project to build a remote controlled cardboard tank. The objectives were to create a project using recyclable materials and apply electrical installation skills. Materials used included cardboard, bottle caps, sticks, glue, wires, batteries, LED lights, and metal cylinders. The tank structure and wheels were assembled from cardboard and bottle caps. Dynamos, lights and a switch were installed inside and wired to a remote controller powered by a battery. Testing confirmed the remote control function worked as intended, allowing the students to demonstrate their completed cardboard tank project.

SUBMITTED TO : PROF. ANTHONY MINOZA

Objectives :

• To be able to create a project through utilizing recyclabe materials.

• To be able to enhance our learning by means applying electrical installation towards of our
project.

Materials:
cardboards 2 pcs. 9 volts dynamo
24 caps of water bottle 9 volts battery
sticks cutter
stick glue wires
glue gun 2 pcs. Rubber band
2 pcs. of 9 volts dynamo soldering lead
9 volts battery soldering iron
2 LED 6 pcs of 2mm in diameter of cylindrical metals
ice drops sticks shoe glue

interior of the bicycle (serve as the belt of tank wheels) electrical tape

Procedure :

Making the structure of the tank

1. Cut the cardboards in accordance of its measurements.

2. Assemble all of the cutting cardboards and form it into a tank in accordance of its design then
glue it using glue gun.
3. Attached the top of the tank by a cap of water bottle this is serves as the door of the tank.
4. Gather all the 24 caps of bottle then insert it into each stick by pair this is serves as the wheels
of the tank .( 6 sticks attached by wheels ).
5. Attach the wheels into the thank then glue it.
6. Get two caps of bottle then cut it and form this as the attachedments for the belt which is the
rubber band .Then glue it into the back of the tank.

Installation of dynamo and electrical wirings and its remote control

1. Wiring all the equipments needed for the electrical intstalllation the dynamo, LED lights and the
switch.
2. Install the wired dynamo, LED lights and etc.properly inside of the tank, be sure it wil be in
accurate (considering the placement of the dynamo ).
3. make a controller of the tank by attaching metals on it ,this metals serves as the conductor for
the connection ,then connect all the wirings into a design controll buy soldering it and also
place the battery /source to the controller..
4. Test the function of the controller , in order for us to do some adjustments the functionality of it
5. Lastly if the functionality of the said project was okay , then we can start playing of that.
