approved, we hereby instruct you to proceed, effective upon the date of your receipt of
this Notice, with the implementation of the provisions of the Contract, in accordance with
the terms of the Contract Agreement, including the Conditions of Contract, Specifications,
and Drawings.

Please acknowledge your receipt and acceptance of this Notice by signing both copies
thereof in the space provided below. Keep one copy and return the other to us.
