Betanox 308 Plus: STAINLESS STEEL (Austenitic Steel)

Betanox 308 Plus is an acid-rutile stainless steel electrode for welding 304 type stainless steels. It has a controlled ferrite content and is resistant to cracking, corrosion, and scaling up to 800°C. Typical applications include welding Cr-Ni steels like 304 and 308, fabrication of boilers, reactors, turbines, and stainless steel piping in industries. The electrode has a typical chemical composition of 0.04% C, 1.4% Mn, 0.6% Si, 19.6% Cr, 10.1% Ni, and meets other specifications.
