Investor #1: Araula


Investor #2: Marfil
CEO: Ortiz
Secretary: Paholio

Setting: A place called a conference room, which is also a classroom.

Investor #1: (calling) Hello Ma'am. I am one of your investors, and I am here outside of
your company waiting for the meeting to start.

Secretary: Okay, sir. Please wait for a moment

Secretary will go inside the room

Secretary: Good morning ma'am. The investors are already here, and they want to
hear your proposal.

CEO: Ok. Kindly let them in. Please prepare yourself because you will be in-charge of
recording the minutes of the meeting. And, one more thing, are the data ready?

S: Yes ma’am, I already saved it in your computer.

CEO: That’s good to hear. Thank you so much.

The secretary exits the premises.

S: Okay, sir, you may come in. We will start the meeting shortly.

The investor enters the conference room.

CEO: Good morning sir, how are you today? It is a pleasure to welcome you here at the
company. I am Annjaneth Ortiz, the CEO, and this is my secretary.

I: I am Aaron Araula one of your investors. I am looking forward to this meeting.

Observing the room like an idiot.

Oh, I see, it is spacious here, and I like the ambiance of this premise.

CEO: Oh, thank you for the compliment!

I: You’re welcome

CEO: Secretary, please give Mr. Araula a comfortable seat.


S: Okay, ma'am. Sir this way. Do you want coffee or tea?

I: It’s alright. Thank you for your offer, but I have already drunk too much water.

CEO: Okay, without further ado, let’s start our meeting.

S: Excuse me, ma'am, one of our potential investors will be late due to a fortuitous
event.

CEO: Okay, although he will be late, and we don’t want to you sir to wait for a long time
is it okay for us to start.

I: Okay, the floor is yours.

CEO: Thank you sir

(Prepare a report ~ 5 to 10 mins)

At the middle of the report the tardy investor arrives.

S: Hello Ma’am, sorry to interrupt, but our second potential investor has arrived.

CEO: Okay, kindly let him in.

Investor 2 arrives.

Investor 2: Good morning Maam. My apologies. I was not able to be on time. I hope
that I haven’t wasted any opportunity.

CEO: Its okay sir, by the way I am the CEO of this company, please come in.

Inv2: Nice meeting you ma’am. I’m JR Marfil and I’m looking forward to our meeting.

Secretary: Please sit down here.

CEO: Okay let’s continue

CEO: Thank you gentlemen. Any questions?
