Introduction
Computer Collegiate is one of the famous institute for providing quality education and courses
for students who are willing to become a part of IT industry. The motive of this platform is to make
students aware of the latest technologies and frameworks that are using now a days. As we are
aware of the fact that IT industry have the biggest impact on our economy of the country and
students are taking interest in Computer and IT field and can easily do businesses online at their
home so this will open the door for the next revolution in Pakistan.

Solutions
We will provide institute management system that is easy to navigate and provides useful
information of new and existing students to the administration. The software will also convey to
potential users that Computer Collegiate is a national, reliable institute for IT learning.
The system will give services such as registration of the students that have been entered by the
teachers, Fees payment monitoring on the admin side and being able to show and print digital
receipts and show their complete details that a student has currently enrolled, it will also have
records of all teacher, students, none teaching staff member and has a payment recording
functionality as well, those are some of the solutions among others that the system will be offering
to the institute.

System Organization
The new design system will have six main landing pages:
1. Log in Form
2. Home Page
3. Registration form
4. Courses
5. Attendance
6. Fees Management

These six pages will be "hardwired" into the new design by our institute and links to them will
appear in the menu bar at the middle of the homepage
On each of these pages, we will provide complete information about each module that we can use
to create and modify to as many as Institute wishes.

Workflow
Login Form
The initial phase of this software is the Login page which provides the user ID and password. On
clicking login will redirect to login page module.

Home Page
On clicking the Login/ Signup div will redirect to the Home Page which will show a menu of each
module in the form of div.
Registration Form
On clicking Registration form, the page will redirect to Registration module where we have to
provide the complete details about the new or existing student that will generate a registration
form.

Courses
On clicking Courses div will redirect to Courses module where we will see each course the institute
provides with the teacher who is teaching the specific course with the complete timings schedule.
Attendance
On clicking attendance div will redirect to Attendance module where the administration has to edit
each student’s and teacher’s attendance manually and by the end of the course will provide a
complete details about the percentage of attendance of each student and teacher.

Fees Management
On clicking Fees div will redirect to Fees module which will be linked with registration
form which will generate a digital fees receipt by completing registration form.
