INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GRADUATING STUDENTS AND GUESTS

1. All guest must be seated by 3:30 p.m. Reservation of seats will NOT be honored by the
organizers.
2. Graduating students are expected to be in their designated place by 3:00pm.
3. After the graduation ceremony, graduates should return the toga at the designated area in
APNTS.

RULES AND REGULATIONS DURING THE GRADUATION CEREMONY

2. Only guest who presents the admission ticket will be allowed to enter the venue.
3. Guest are not allowed to mingle with the graduating students during the ceremony.
4. Picture taking inside the venue may be done after the ceremony.

Graduation Rules and Regulations.

1. All parents/guest must be seated by 3:30 p.m. Reservation of seats will NOT be honored by the
organizers.
2. Graduating students are expected to be in their designated place by 3:00pm.
3. Graduating students will not be allowed to join the processional if came late.
4. NO GRADUATION TICKET, NO ENTRY. No replacement for lost graduation ticket.
5. Graduating students must wear their academic attire (TOGA); hood and cap before the start of
the ceremony. (Place the tassel on the right side and to be transferred on the left side after the
conferment by the TIFTCI President. Caps should be worn during the processional and should be
removed during the mass.)
6. The designated seat of the graduating students during the rehearsal and during the ceremony
are the same.
7. Seats for parents/guest are on first come first served basis. There are special seats designated
for the parents/guest of the recipient of the academic and special awards. In addition, the
organizers provide a priority seats for pregnant, person with disabilities, and senior citizens.
8. Required attire during the graduation ceremony:
Gentlemen – Slacks and Long Sleeved polo with tie or Barong and formal Leather shoes.
Ladies – Dress or Blouse and skirt with 2 ½ black pumps (with not too high heels)
Parents and Guest are to observe proper attire as well. (Organizers has the right to
prohibit the entry of those who are not in proper attire.)
9. Gifts, Leis, corsage and garlands should be given only after the ceremony.
10. Children seven (7) years old and below will not admitted.
11. Cellular phones and two-radios must be switched-off inside as these may interfere with the
sound system.
12. TIFTCI and APNTS shall exercise full authority within its premises and reserves the right to
control, regulate, inspect, refuse entry to or prohibit any person as well as material considered
inimical to or which constitute violation of Philippine laws, and APNTS rules and regulations.
13. Bringing in and conducting of any drugs and all forms of contrabands, alcoholic beverages,
deadly weapons and objects, animals including pets (violations thereof is penalized with
1,200php cleaning charge), plants, gambling, and SMOKING (e.g Tobacoo, Smokeless Tobacco,
Cigarettes, Cigars, Cigarillos and Little Cigars Electronic cigarette or E-cigarette, Hookah, and
other related products. Fine: 500php per person smoking in any form, and 500php for the
cleaning charge.) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
14. After the graduation ceremony, graduates should return the toga at the designated area in
APNTS.
15. Pictures must be taken from your seat in the audience.

Graduation ceremony is to be a respectful event. Parents/guest and graduating students should listen
quietly to all student and faculty speeches, and refrain from shouting as names are called. Please be
respectful of all graduates and their families/friends.
