To save a report configuration.
Once the DynPro 4.0 APT is started, the main configuration page shown
in Figure 1 appears.
: This
option box is the first option box located on
the right upper corner of the main configuration page. It is used to display
the data files under the folder “c:\dynpro\data\”, the opened data files from
other folders, and the appended data files. When the down arrow on the right
side of this option box is clicked, the user can select one data file in this
option box to be loaded.
• The current value in this option box provides the precision for the
corresponding channel data. The user can click on the down arrow on the
right side of this option box to select a precision value.
• There are total 11 precision option boxes: 10 for the Y channel, 1 for
the X channel on the main configuration page.
100: means the data value is rounded up to the nearest integer in the
100th decimal place. For example: if an original data value is
13452.5489, after enforcing this precision value the final data
value is 13500. If the original value is less than 100, after
enforcing this precision value the final data value is 0.
10: means the data value is rounded up to the nearest integer in the
10th decimal place. For example: if an original data value is
13452.5489, after enforcing this precision value the final data
value is 13450. If the original value is less than 10, after
enforcing this precision value the final data value is 0.
1: means the data value is rounded up to the nearest integer in the
one’s decimal place. For example: if an original data value is
13452.5489, after enforcing this precision value the final data
value is 13453. If the original value is less than 1, after
enforcing this precision value the final value is 0.
0.1: means the data value has one decimal digit after the decimal
point. For example: if an original data value is 13452.5489,
after enforcing this precision value the final data value is
13453.5.
0.01: means the data value has two decimal digits after the decimal
point. For example: if an original data value is 13452.5489,
after enforcing this precision value the final data value is
13453.55.
0.001: means the data value has three decimal digits after the decimal
point. For example: if an original data value is 13452.5489,
after enforcing this precision value the final data value is
13453.549.
Blank: if this option box is left blank, 0.01 is used as the precision for
the corresponding channel data.
• The current value in this option box provides the scale for the
corresponding channel data. The user can click on the down arrow on
the right side of this option box to select a scale value.
• There are a total of 11 scale option boxes: 10 for the Y channel, 1 for
the X channel on the main configuration page.
This value indicates the DynPro installation folder. APT will look for it
to decide the default data and report configuration folder. For example, if the
value here is c:\DynPro, then the default data and report configuration folder
will be c:\DynPro\data and c:\DynPro\Report.
