1.Design Section :-

 In this, information about product obtained.

 For that purpose it includes procedure: Part drawing, Specifications,


part code, BoM, etc. Also includes modifications if necessary.

 According to customer’s demand, it produce catelogues and procedure


is followed

 Also act as indicators of performance of department.

2. Purchase section :-

 In this checking of required material is done.

 Selection of Branded & reliable supplier

 Give order for selected material

 Purchase order processing includes Rate applicable excise duties,


service tax, sales tax
3. Stores section :-

 In this section, all material required is stored

 Classification of material is done as A,B,C,D in decreasing order of

costs: A=5000

B=3000

C=2000 to 3000

D=500

It includes quality of product as :

 Incoming process ,contains visual checking & dimensioning of raw


material.

 In-process ,checking & testing of parameters of received material.

 Final process,it gives approval report of material.

5. Condensing unit section:-

Shree is a major supplier of Condensing Units to Bulk Milk Cooler


manufacturing industry. Shree's Condensing Units are used in BMC industry
for more than 15 years and are used in extreme weather conditions of High
Ambient conditions and Dusty environs. Shree offers component selection
that will be most suitable for any application unlike other manufacturers who
chose components from their own / associate companies.

Manufactured to the exacting specifications and tested as per ISO 5708 to


deliver desired cooling performance and are so tested by leading European
manufacturers in their labs in Europe. Hence Shree is the preferred supplier
of condensing units for world leaders in Bulk Milk Cooling business like
DeLaval and Serap.

Shree represented the BMC industry on the committee formed by RAMA (Ref
& Ac Mfgrs. Association) to advice Ministry of Environment & Forests (MoEF)
on theR22 phase-out plan.

Cooled Condensing units with Hermetic (Reciprocating and Scroll), Semi
Hermetic (Reciprocating and Screw) compressors for Industrial and Marine
applications (with Sea-Water cooled condensers, Tin Plated Copper Finned
Air-cooled Condensers). These are suitable for all new generation Eco-
friendly Refrigerants (HFCs, Hydrocarbons and Blends)and come with set of
Refrigeration Controls up to Expansion Valve. Shree also offers custom built
Electrical Control Panels suitable for end user application with necessary
controls in CR / SS Panel Boxes
