(TEMP 85˚C to 90˚C) DURATION: 10 to 15 Minutes

RINSING
CLEAN BY FLOWING WATER

PICKLING
HYDROCHLORIC ACID + WATER RATIO 3:2
SPECIFIC GRAVITY 1.10 to 1.20
DUARTION 2 to 4 Min

RINSING
CLEAN BY FLOWING WATER

FLUXING
ZINC AMMONIUM CHLORIDE (40Kg) / AMMONIUM CHLORIDE (40kg) + 200 Ltr WATER
SPECIFIC GRAVITY 1.10 to 1.15

PRE HEATING
DRYING AND WARM UP (120˚C - 150˚C)

GALVANIZING
ZINC + ALUMINIUM (625gm /Ton) + LEAD (625gm /Ton)
ZINC PURITY 99.995% Min, BATH TEMP 500˚C to 550˚C
DURATION 2 to 4 Min (till bubbling stop)

CENTRIFUGAL
DURATION: 1 to 2 Mint.

WATER COOLING

POST TREATMENT
DIP IN CHROMATING SOLUTION
1% SODIUM DICHROMATE & 0.5% SULPHURIC ACID SOLUTION

FINAL INSPECTION
COATING THICKNESS BY ELCOMETER , MASS OF ZINC & UNIFORMITY TEST , ADHESION TEST AND
VISUAL INSPECTION
