RECOMMENDATIONS

In this research I and my partner recommend and give some ways to deal and overcome stress
for those students who encountered this;

Stress is an inevitable part of life. But it doesn't mean that we need to let it ruin us and push us
down, we need to fight for it and overcome for it. Because STRESS is a normal part of life
and something we cannot control, however we can control our response to stress.

Here are 7 ways to deal with stress;

1. KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE
>sometimes the way you think about things can make all of the difference. Your attitude can
help offset difficult situations.
2. ACCEPT THAT THERE ARE EVENTS YOU CANNOT CONTROL
>when you know that there are times when you have given all that you can to a situation, it
allows you to expend energy where it can be more effective.
3. LEARNING TO RELAX
>purposeful relaxation, such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation and meditation is essential
in training your body to relax. Relaxation should be a part of your daily regimen.
4. BE ACTIVE REGULARLY
>being active also helps your body more easily fight stress because it is fit.
5. EAT WELL-BALANCED MEALS
>staying on track with healthy eating habits is a great way to manage stress.
6. REST AND SLEEP
>your body needs time to recover from stressful events so sleep is an important part of
caring for yourself.
7. FIND YOUR STRESSORS AND EFFECTIVE WAYS TO COPE WITH THEM.
>remember that you can learn to control stress because stress comes from how you respond
to stressful events.

This graph shows how students reduce their stress level and 10 of them answered by
reading books and listening music, and 5 of them answered by engaging physical
activities.

3. What are the things that can make you stress?

This graph shows that some of the students can feel stress when there are many paper
works in school 12 of them answered it, and 3 of them answered that family problem can
make them stress.

4. Is it important to solve our stress? Why?

This graph shows that majority of the students answered YES it is important to solve
our stress.

5. In what ways did you cope-up your stress?

This graph shows that majority of the students can cope-up their stress by bonding with
family and friends, and a few of them can cope-up with it by engaging physical
