Dear Ma'am:

The Senior High School Department promotes the success of students by providing
them the opportunity to further achieve competency in their chosen field of
specialization by implementing the work immersion program as required in the
curriculum. We recognize that exposure to actual workplaces provides students with
a wide variety of activities that may help them acquire the necessary knowledge,
skills, and values at work.

In this regard, we are requesting your reputable company to accommodate the

following grade 12 students specializing in the Accountancy Business and
Management (ABM) under the Academic Track.

1. Julius Eibert C. Ayaay

2. Elizandra E. Cogasa
3. Joachie A. Carurucan
4. Chrisgel F. Forneste
5. Jersey D. Ramos
6. Ma Louise Ivy R. Rosales
7. Erika Mae S. Rosco
8. Mary Rose C. Umali

These students are required to complete a minimum of 40 training hours. We believe

that your company can assist our students to gain more knowledge and skills and
optimize their potentials for their future work. Our Teacher-in-Charge will coordinate
with you to monitor the student’s performance.

We are looking forward to a fruitful relationship with you. Thank you very much.
