The document outlines the design boundaries for the electrical systems of a metro rail project. It covers distribution systems for underground and elevated stations, tunnels, lighting, small power, LV distribution, cabling, wiring, and earthing. The key aspects that will be designed include the main switchboards, distribution boards, lighting layout and control, outlet placement, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and ensuring different earthing systems meet design criteria. Design software and standards will be used to perform the necessary calculations.
