Main components of goods : Steam


Turbine, Boiler, Generator, Electrical,
Instrument and Control, Balance of Plant
and/or Civil and Steel Structure
Service : consultancy (Feasibility Study),
Integrated Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction, Inspection, Verification,
Certification and/or supporting services.

Imported Goods
Procurement of imported goods is allowed if:
1. The goods have not yet been produced in
Indonesia
2. Technical specifications of domestically
produced goods do not meet the
specified requirements
3. Quantity of domestic product does not
meet demand

TKDN Assessment &
Verification
Self Assessment
 Supplier shall conduct self-assessment of the TKDN
value based on its reliable data in responsible manner
 Reliable data shall include:
 Self-owned data
 Data supplied by vendor

Verification
Goods/service user may request supplier for clarification on
the TKDN value which is submitted by supplier or appointing
an independent surveyor to conduct verification

Written warning

TKDN value at the end of project fails to meet the


minimal requirement
Fails to provide supporting data of self-
assessment result and/or refuses verification
Falsification of local content data intentionally
which will have effect on TKDN value

Totally fails the use of domestic product.
