Interview For The Post Of Branch Manager

Starting words:

Assalam -o- alaikum

Waalaikum- salam welcome to bank alfalah please have a seat.

AQSA: Thank you so much. It’s nice to meet you mam. My name is Aqsa Faryad. I am the ex-
Operational Manager of bank al-Meezan. I have done my PHD degree in banking and finance
from Punjab University and am the gold medallist as well.

FATIMA: It’s pleasure to see you Aqsa I am the hiring manager of this branch my name is
Fatima Mazhar so shall we start now.

AQSA: yes of course.

FATIMA: So what are your greatest professional strength? Why should we hire you?

AQSA: First of all I have strong grip on my sales and credit department the prove is that I am the
youngest person awarded with gold medal in my master program. I possess firm grip on my
leadership styles.

FATIMA: How did you hear about this position?

AQSA: One of my Friend working in your office had told me about the position rather I was in
contact with the area manager of your branch so that’s why am here today.

FATIMA: Why do you want this job?

AQSA: After looking at the job requirements and researching your bank history and policies, I
think that I can improve my skills in customer care I am committed to complete confidentiality
and have had previous experience dealing with tough customers.

FATIMA: Tell me about a time when you were successful at work?

AQSA:

FATIMA: Tell me about your experience working with an uncooperative, angry or disruptive-
Auditors?

AQSA:

FATIMA: How would you assess an underperforming employee? How would you deal with the
employee?

FATIMA: How would you manage a bank that is behind on its loan payment?
