INTRODUCTION

1. Ask the students if they really know their selves and let them reflect.
2. Explain that knowing oneself can make person accept his or her strengths and limitations. And deal with
others better;

MOTIVATION
The class will form a circle and will prepare a ¼ sheet of paper, the students will write one adjective that describe
their classmates. The paper will rotate every after 20seconds and will stop if their paper is already in their hands.

INSTRUCTION / DELIVERY

3. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
PRACTICE (60 MINS)
1. On a clean sheet of paper, draw a symbol or symbols of what represents your “self”. Share this in the
class.
2. The class will take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator test.

ENRICHMENT (30 MINS)


1. Write on your journal your thoughts and feelings about what you have discovered and understood about
your “self”, your personality and personality traits, and your reflection regarding the question, “Who am
I?’’
EVALUATION (60 MINS)
1. Share some of your unique characteristics, habits and experiences with your groupmates.
