This business development plan is to provide an overview of possibilities and

feasibility one may introduce an innovative product or service named e-Learning,

which is an on-line application, that owns a comprehensive, fast learning

capabilities to support educational topics like physics and mathematics part of the

regular program of any secondary school, in which students may encounter

difficulties therefore request additional learning support on a daily basis; e-

Learning may be operated at desktop and mobile platform level, with facilities

resembling the best practices of remote education style of operations such as by

universities worldwide through the portal of www.edx.org, that provide global

learning facilities.
The use or market of this kind of e-Learning service is not wide spread or unknown,

and remain wide open for any operator to serve the need of nationwide secondary

school students the flexibility and mobility, inherent to operating mobile web-based

applications, continuous learning within their hand grip or at desktop anywhere,

anytime they request. The idea interesting to mention is that the user-interfaces

(storyboard screens) of e-Learning will resemble the well-known international

remote education appearance, with similar look and feel experience as consciously

owned by the portal of www.edx.org. This user-friendly appearance consistently

followed by an array of interactive approach of practices, questionnaires and videos

on education topics like physics and mathematics assure comprehensive and fast

learning thanks to the standardized approach of contents creation and transfer by

the very best teachers to students in the remote learning mode.


Standardized contents imply data driven nature of e-Learning which is supported

by the internal master knowledge of education that can deliver any kind of

teachings or portfolio of knowledge transfer related to the requests of students.

We may illustrate that any request of topic by the student will immediately be

appropriately responded by the system.

The real value of e-Learning system is gained from its ability to provide the

quality level of education in any respectable country is the responsibility of

Increase Student’s Relationship to Knowledge or Science (SRS) – high
percentage of school indicate SRS (history and relationship of science) can be
socialized by on-line mobile application that will impact the general knowledge of
students becoming close to science. This e-Learning facility assure update,
socialize the basic knowledge of students with the ever progressing technology.
This relationship between student and technology must be maintained, to
motivate them the value of mastering for instance physics and mathematics,
beyond the knowledge of understanding English. The other task of e-Learning is
therefore to sustain Student’s Relationship between the topic they are learning
now to ever progressing technology and science, as this will motivate their
interests in further studies.
Learning Intelligence – high percentage of the students require to learn the
essence of methodology, systematics and efficiency to understand that effective
goes along with the simplicity, mastering any kind of topic of learning better and
faster. The e-Learning will accommodate effective transfer of knowledge, to
motivate the students ability to simplify and understand knowledge faster and
more effective by using logic and common sense.
Creativity Intelligence– high percentage of students understand learning as
passive learning, which however can be extended to creative learning. Therefore
e-Learning will educate that most issued theories of mathematics and physics is
the result of continuous development of logic and common sense by the
inventors. The students will understand to deduct that learning of theory can be
repeated of reproduced by themselves. This will stimulate creation or
development of their own knowledge which is the next step after learning, which
is further dependent of the student ability to become a creative thinker for the
purpose of their own study or work.
From the brief specification above we may conclude that e-Learning will support
and motivate the need of Student and Parents to become an independent
Learner, the need of Student to become and Intelligent and Creative Learner,
which are multidimensional values beyond the common perspective of static
learning that hamper mastering full knowledge. Therefore e-Learning will become
the need of our future development of quality of secondary school that motivate
the student to become equal in knowledge and creativity, although the individual
level of interest and talent will be determining at the end; e-Learning strive the
student to achieve their basic competence and skill mastering the knowledge
from school easy, fast and convenient, that is supported as internal facility, or
distributed commercially, downloaded as a very cost-effective fee based on–line
application by selected transaction of learning.
