Rubric For Manuscript Type

The rubric evaluates speakers on 5 criteria for manuscript type speeches: 1) Appearance and posture, rating preparation, confidence, and comfort. 2) Reading delivery, rating rate, clarity, and pronunciation. 3) Voice quality, rating modulation, emphasis of key points. 4) Gestures, rating use and effectiveness throughout the speech. 5) Facial expressions, rating expressiveness and appropriateness to the message. Each criteria is scored on a scale of 1 to 4, with a total possible score of 50.
