SAMPLING

PROCESS:-
-Tech pack received from buyer.
-Pattern making according to buyers requirement.
-After making the pattern ,the sample is made by using the pattern set.
-Size setting ,after making the sample size is set according to tech pack.if there is any fault ,
the sample is redone.
-Pre- production sample, after the buyer has inspected the sample ,a pre-production sample is made before
producing in bulk amount.
-After finalizing the sample ,grading is done to separate the samples from each other.
-After all these processes pattern and sample is delivered for final production.
REPORT

Cutting department details:-


-At present the cutting is going on for shirts under the brand "UNIQLO".
- Fabric consumption for one shirt= 1.26 m
-No of pieces of shirts cut in one ply= 6 shirts
-Fabric lengh of one ply = 6m
-Total no of band knife available in cutting department = 2
-Total no of straight knife available in cutting department= 9
-Total cost of cutting department- 5000 per day
-Total no of pieces cut in one day=9000 pieces

Finishing department details:-


-In finishing department around 4000 pieces finished per day.
-The machines used in finishing department are thread sucking machine
(dusting machine) and drying machine.

-Per hour 20 pieces checked in QC process.


-For ironing, a labour gets 1.80-/ Rs per garment.

Sampling details:-
-At present sampling is going on for half sleeve polka dot shirt under
the brand "UNIQLO" and women maternity dress under the brand
"H&M" which is for season 2020SU.
