thoughts of each member of the group that every traveler is

always looking for the right budget but with unique joy and

experience that they will remember throughout their lives.

Undoubtedly, this is what we choose to be the name of our

and group travel to leisure clients. It aims to produce

Swakto Travel Deal is a travel company that intends to

deliver leisure travel excursions to customers. The intention

is to provide customers with access to exclusive travel

destinations, services, recreational activities, and travel to

fully appreciate destinations through information packages,

not just sight-seeing, and access to special interest travel

according to the group's/individual's preferences. We also

intend to guide customers in selecting different tour packages

that we offer through using our travel application the “Swakto

Travel Deals”. You can easily select the packages that will

fit for you.

Swakto Travel deals will distribute flyers to the

market to introduce the business. We also intend to have

business cards and information pamphlets that will provide

details on our various tour packages. Swakto travel agency

will promote services and tour packages through facebook page,

video advertising, radio broadcasting and other social media

sites.

Six people decided to create this travel agency and

adjudicate to contribute twenty thousand pesos each as a

start-up capital for the business. The collected money will be

used to purchase materials, computer set, internet

installation, equipment and furniture. The company office

will be located inside of Innovative College of Science and

Technology on the second floor of HM building at Brgy.

Malitbog, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro. However, as time

progresses the intention is to move into more accessible and

attractive office in a prime area. This is regardless of the

fact that our type of business is not too dependent on office

location and size.

represents the service we can share with our potential

Competitor Analysis

Strengths and weakness of the competitors:

The Competitors in this market are of two primary types.

First, there is the adventure provider who spealizes in a

single types of hard adventure activity such as white water

rafting. They typically serve clients who purchase trips for

less than Php30, 000 and closer to the mean purchase price of

around Php20, 000. Their strength is their expertise in a

given sport. Their weakness is that they provide an

undifferentiated product in a competitive market. In addition,

they do not have the resources, ability of desire to target

and/or accommodate a customer demanding more accommodation and

a more luxury/adventure oriented service.

Companies that offer higher priced, more luxurious packages

generally provide a “Soft” adventure. The activities are more

along the lines of sightseeing and low risk alternatives. The

advantages these companies have include established

reputations, extensive knowledge of the industry, and key

personel and management. Some have been in operation for more

than one year. They are familiar with local service providers

and have stablished strategic relationships. They can

therefore offer trips at a lower price.

Disadvantages to us:

 It will to be difficult to price ourselves competitively we

first enter the market.

 Unfortunately, not all the agencies can be relied on some of

them disappear with the client’s money.

 Some people don’t like to be limited by excursions, by returns

tickets or by the necessity of staying in the hotel they’ve

chosen.
