1. In preparation of the forthcoming Division ESP Competition on September 27, 2019


at Maranding Central School, the winning contingent of Tubod and Magsaysay
District will conduct Cluster 4 ESP Competition on September 19, 2019, 8:00 am at
Sergio Mata Elementary School, Tubaran, Tubod, Lanao del Norte with the Theme:”
Madaling Maging Tao, Mahirap Magpapakatao”.

2. These are the following events to be contested.


a. Likha Awit (Elementary & Secondary)
b. Oratorical Speech (Elementary) & Extemporaneous Speech (Grade 7-10)
c. Poster Making- (Elementary & Secondary)
d. Documentary Video Presentation (Elementary & Secondary)
