This CONTRACT OF EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT made executed by and


between:

JOSIE C. SIM, of legal age, Filipino and resident of Gen. Luna St. Rosales Pangasinan, referred
to as the LESSOR.

and

MRS G CAKESHOP CORPORATION, a duly organized corporation under the laws of the
Republic of the Philippines with office address at Taringsing, Cordon, Isabela, herein referred to
as the LESSEE and further represented by VIRGILLIO L. LOZARE.

RECITAL

1. Lessor agrees to reimburse the expenses of the Lessee specifically the expenses for
the electric connection and water connection, the sum of _____________________.
