SCRIPT FOR TEACHERS’ DAY 2019

M: The light of the world, the beacon in the dark and the hope that gives us strength to survive,
is our teacher. Today, we celebrate World’s Teachers’ Day.
M: Ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome the stars of today’s program, our beloved teachers.

V: Starting off with the Blue Team

M & V: Good morning to each and every one, I am Maureen Santos, and I am Veandric
Martinez, your masters of ceremony for today’s program.
V: we dedicate this day as a special thanks to the gifted soul, as our second mothers and fathers
inside the campus who work and sacrifice every day to make sure that the future is bright for all
of us.

M: before we formally open today’s program, let us first invoke the presence of the Almighty to
be led by Trissha De Guzman, ssg grade 7 representative, and teacher’s prayer led by Tr.
Princess Ann Subia. To be followed by the singing of the national anthem and casa hymn with
Xyza Reyes, ssg PIO, conducting. Please rise.

V: Please be seated. To officially open the program, may I call on Samantha Cezar, SSG
president, as she delivers her opening remarks.

M: Thank you ate Sam, students and teachers ready na ba kayong gumiling giling? Hephep?
Okay mukhang ready na nga kayo! Folkloric dancers are here to guide us for the Zumba.

V: whoo! Nakakapagod pero enjoy diba? Just like our teachers, laging napapagod sa pagtuturo
but we, students, must give them happiness para sila naman ang mag enjoy.
M: tama, take note students, let us make them happy everday, wag na magbigay ng stress at
wag matigas ang ulo.
V: To make it more fun, students also prepared an entertainment show to show their love and
to thank all of the teachers as our second parent.

M: Thank you Folkloric dancers for that amazing performance.
M&V: Pero syempre hindi magpapahuli ang mga Grade 10 students. Performing with them is
Percy Cabanayan and Mark Dave Bambang. Students, it’s your time to shine!

M: Thank you for that heart-warming performance. You surely touched the hearts of all
teachers.

V: To inspire us with his words, let us welcome our beloved school principal, Director Nelson M.
Caranguian. Let’s give him a round of applause.

M: Thank you sir for that inspiring message, and now let’s start the most awaited event, The
Teachers’ Recognition. May I call on Vasty Reyes and Tanya Roque, Grade 7 students, to
announce the fruit of every teacher’s hard work.

V: Thank you Vasty and Tanya, wow! We are truly honored and proud to all of you, having our
dearest teachers is the best experience of all. To perform an intermission number, again may I
call on stage the Grade 10 & 8 students. Let’s give them a round of applause.

M: Thank you for that another breath-taking performance. Not only Casans are talented and
gifted but also our teachers.
V: For our Talent Show, our beloved teachers will showcase their hidden talents.

V : Wow! That was indeed a wonderful performance, thank you trs. Ang ganda diba partner?

V: magaganda’t pogi silang lahat. Ehem plus grade.

V: For our teachers, the students prepared a video presentation.

V: asan naman ang yellow team?
M: syempre hindi magpapatalo ang green team.
V: pati na rin ang blue team.
V & M: okay, let the games begin!
M: meron tayong 4 different games. Each game, may group na makakareceive ng prices.
V: so teachers, do your best and have fun!

M: pagod na ba kayo teachers? Syempre hindi pa diba?
V: dahil jan, our celebration does not stop here.
M: alam po namin na lahat kayo ay deserve na maka tanggap ng gift.
V: that is why, we are calling the attention of all students, you are now allowed to give your
gifts to your advisers and subject teachers.
M: para mas maging special, may I request all the SSG officers to come up on stage to sing

V: Thank you students and ssg officers. Truly, our teachers deserve all the love, and we must
learn how to express it. But we must not only express our love through material gifts.
M: We must give them the gift of love through actions. We hope that you teachers will
appreciate the gifts from us students.
