Please read the following instructions carefully before submitting this Hands-on Exercise:
 Use AutoCAD to prepare exercise solution.
 You may consult tutorials and videos if the concept is not clear.
 Your submitted exercise will not be considered/counted if:
 It is submitted after due date.
 It is not in the format of AutoCAD File (.dwg)
 It does not open, or file is corrupt.
 It is copied (partial or full) from any source (websites, forums, students, etc.)

Learning Outcome:

After completing this exercise, you shall be able to:

 Set the units of drawing as per the requirement by applying different methods of setting units.
 Draw the basic objects e.g. Circle with radius input, Line with specific dimensions and angles.
 Set the text height in dimension style manager.
 Measure the dimensions of already drawn objects by applying dimension command.
 Save a file in (.dwg) format by specifying a name.
Problem Statement
Please perform these steps:

1. Set the UNITS of the drawing to Architectural and precision to 0'-0".


2. Draw a circle of radius 5' (Feet).
3. From the center point of circle draw the lines in the multiple of 30° within the whole circle.
4. Set the dimension text height to 6" (inch) from the dimension style.
5. Mention the dimension of circle’s radius.
6. Save the file with your name and submit it on LMS.
