Independence Day

1. Freedom in the mind, Faith in the words, Pride in hearts, Memories in our souls.

A very good morning to honorable chief guests and special guests, respected chairman sir, director sir,
principal madam, teachers and all my dear friends.

Do you know that why we all are gathered here today. The reason is that today we are celebrating the
73rd Independence Day of our nation so I take immense pleasure to wish you all a happy independence
day. It is so easy for us to celebrate the independence but it was not easy to get it. We got Independence
after a long struggle of our freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives to get this Independence. This is
because of our freedom fighters only that today we are celebrating the Independence Day with this
serenity.

2. Flag Hoisting

मम भभरत वरर कभ हर दम, अममत सममभन करतभ हह ह,


यहभह कक चभचद नन ममटन, कभ हन गगण गभन करतभ हह ह।
मगझ झ मचचत भ नहह हह सवगर जभकर, ममक पभनझ कक,
मतरचग भ हम कफन मझर भ, बस यहन अरमभन रखतभ हह ह।

Irrespective of our culture, civilization, caste, creed and religion, the most important binding factor is our
National Flag. The tri color symbolizes courage, truth and prosperity, so I would request our revered
chairman sir, chief guests, principal madam and director sirs to hoist the National Flag.

4. As we know that it is our Indian tradition to light the lamp before starting any programme so for that I
would like to call our honorable chairman sir and respected chief
guests ...................................................................................................................for the Lamp Lightening
ceremony.

5. Welcoming is an art and it sprouts from the heart, to express this feeling students of _____________
are here to present a welcome song to welcome our honorable guests.

Wow! What a wonderful performance. Thank you guys for this Melodious song.

जहनाहाँ जनातति भनाषना सस बढ़कर दसश पसम ककी धनारना हह,

तनश्छल,पवन ,पसम पसरनानना,

ववो भनारति दसश हमनारना हह |

After a long struggle of our freedom fighters we got the Independence, this independence is the result of
the austerity of our great freedom fighters such as Mahatma Gandhi, so to celebrate this independence
and to remind the sacrifice and contribution of our great freedom fighters, students of class 7 th, 9th and
10th are here to present a beautiful song “यस स्वतितंत्रतिना तदवस आज त्ययौहनार मननाओ रस ”

Thank you guys for this soulful performance.

8- After this patriotic song Now this is time for English speech which let us know about many incidents
that occurred in our past and made our present and also about the great contributions of our freedom
fighter because of whom we got the freedom so now ....................... is here for English speech.

Yes we are talking about our great soldiers who contribute their whole life for the nation. They gave up
their materialistic life so they can protect the mother land and to provide their lifetime service to the
nation we should salute them for whatever they do for us so and we will always thankful to them that
they sacrifice their lives for us. So now I would like to call students of class 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th to
present a hilarious dance in the memory of our Indian soldiers.

What an amazing performance.

These lines were said by Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh who devoted his life for Maa Bharati and was
hanged to death by the Britishers but then also he was having a smile on his face . He is the ideal for the
modern day Youth of our nation. So this is the time for a patriotic song for which I would like to call
_____________________________________ on the stage.

11. After this enthusiastic performance this is time for a speech in our mother tongue Hindi. Because it is
the language of our emotions which connects an Indian with another so for Hindi speech I would like to
call ____________________ on stage.

As we know that how the great personalities of our country has made this nation by collecting small-
small pieces and how soldiers of our army has saved them while it is Kargil or Siachin every where they
have shown their courage and gallantry now it is our responsibility to maintain the sovereignty of our
nation so now the girls of class 9th and 10th are here to perform a victorious dance “Vijaya Bhava”.

Wow! What an excellent performance.

13. After this hilarious performance this is time for a Sanskrit speech. As we know that Sanskrit is the
language of gods in which our many Holy Texts are written and Sanskrit is the mother of all European
language so for Sanskrit speech I would like to call _________________on stage.

'Hote hai balidaan kai tab desh khada hota hai' Yes these are the lyrics of our next song which shows
the sacrifice of martyrs of our nation who proved that it is not easy to make a nation and Bhagat Singh,
Khudi Ram Bose are the great examples who sacrificed their live in the young stage of their lives to free
our nation so for a Gallant song I would like to call students of class 8th and 10th on stage.

15- Now I would like to call our chief guest……………………………….. for enlightening us on this auspicious
occasion .

16.अतहतंसना परमवो धमर, धमर तहतंसना तिथहव च |

We should prefer Non violence but violence for juctice is better than it. It means that if we have goodwill
in our mind so everything is fair which is also said by Lord Krishna in Geeta. So for the next performance I
would like to call Students of class 9th to present a beautiful song 'Yadi jeena hai toh sadbhavna ki raah
chalna he' .

17- Now I would like to call our honorable chairman sir............................... to shower his blessings on us.

20- Now This is the time of “Madhya Pradesh Gaan..........” Madhya Pradesh gaan which is considered
equal to the Rastragaan. Madhya Pradesh Gaan introduces us with the prosperity of Madhya Pradesh in
every field, about the great monuments of Madhya Pradesh, it's famous pilgrimages, filled with the great
heritages and it also symbolizes unity in diversity. So I request you all to stand in the honor of Madhya
Pradesh Gaan.
