USE CASE DOCUMENT

FLIGHT BOOKING APPLICATION

Title Description
Use Case ID UC 01
Use Case Name Flight booking payment and confirmation
Precondition Customer should complete the desired selection from search
results page
Post Condition Customer shall get the desired flight booking
Use Case Description This system allows the customers to book the desired domestic or
international flight ticket.

Use Case Scenario


1. Once the customer clicked book now button, customer
details and payment page shall open with the following
options.
Name
Billing address
Phone number
Email address
Alternate phone number
Payment through with the following options
Net banking
Debit or credit card
Card number
Name on card
Expiry date
CVV number
Pay now button.
2. When the customer clicks Pay now button, the system shall
redirect this page to bank database and generate OTP on
registered mobile number.
3. When the customer entered correct OTP then the payment
will be deducted from the bank account.
4. Once the payment done, the final confirmation page shall
open with the following display
Payment successful
Booked ticket display
Print ticket
Send ticket to email
Log out

Alternative Flows 1) If the customer enters wrong Debit/ credit card number,
the system shall display

Invalid card number please try again

2) If the customer enters wrong CVV code, the system shall


display

Invalid code number please try again

3) If the customer clicks print button, the booked ticket is sent


to printer.
4) If the customer clicks sent to email button, the booked
ticket is sent to the registered email address.
