Education plays the leading role in human cognitive development. To enable the ancestral transformation of culture through a number of generations, it is of vital importance to demonstrate well-balanced teaching methodology. Teaching ability is increasingly getting eminent to ensure the adequate teaching quality among the young teachers. For the past few decades, there has been a rapid increase in the teaching potentials of every teacher through Teacher Training Programs (TTP). This study effectuates the compatibility between students academic performance and quality teaching. The research instrument used is self-composed questionnaire called “ TEACHERS QUALITY and STUDENTS ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE” . Our knowledge of TQSAP is largely based on the sample data gathered through random sampling. The questionnaire is fairly circulated throughout the sample schools by teachers. The implication of research resulted in the high level correlation between the teacher quality and students performance. This study also calls into question that there is inadequacy of qualified teachers and that there exists urgency of performance evaluation system which could ultimately result in the work performance appraisal. The aim of our research widened our knowledge of students performance decline in the academic as a patient to the redundant weak teaching practices. The current solutions seminars, conference, and workshops to the delicate teaching practices are ineffective. Teaching Quality is still poorly understood that it dates back into the Stone Age. Despite their shortcomings, the traditional methods are still applied to come over the obstructions in students academic performance. We believe we have found an innovative solution to the said obstacle. The findings of research intimate the implementation of a new system called “ Teaching Methodology and Technology Compliance” (TMTC). Through the suggested program teachers will be evaluated on the basis of their methodologies in accordance with their technical capabilities in response technological advancement which will eventually assure the teacher’s capabilities to teaching in a more technical style. The indicated program is also of authenticity of the teaching practices novelty among all the sectors of education in pushing the students academic performance up. A discussion of reasons of delicate teaching practices falls out of the scope of this research and is ,therefore, given least attention. To determine whether the suggested program works, a sample of fifty students were asked (after the implementation of TMTC) pertaining to their academic performance, the findings were that it was the modernized and technological teaching practice which enabled them come up with innovative ideas and the practical use of their technical skills. Considerable attention should be given when testing the TMTC program in the technologically challenged territories.
