NEAR-MISS REPORT

 An Operator was performing activity on By-Pass Station. During this activity

his foot hurted with this I-Beam and he controlled himself from slipping.
 This is a very critical issue someone can hurt from this again and then fall

from height or collide to supper heated steam lines which may burn him.

 Kindly request to concerned department to corrected them.
