PGCB

The document provides comments from PGCB on the protection scheme design layout (SLD) for the 230/132kV Barapukuria substation. It lists 15 comments on various aspects of the protection scheme that need to be addressed, such as submitting CT sizing calculations, installing line differential relays at both ends of transmission lines, using simulation software for relay settings approval, and providing busbar protection and breaker failure protection. Energypac provides responses to each comment, such as agreeing to address certain comments later, clarifying aspects of the protection scheme design, and noting some comments are out of scope of their work.
