1. Mix & Match- The students were grouped into four. Each group were given jumbled
letters to arrange into a word and match with the picture corresponding to it. The first group to
finish the activity will be given 5 points.
2. Wordlink - What are the words related or described foot massage?

f. Lesson Proper
1. Discuss the benefit of foot massage.
2. What are the factors to consider before starting foot massage?
3. Discuss the procedures of foot massage one by one. ( Call one student to be a client)

g. Application: Demonstrate the proper procedure of foot massage.

h. Re-demonstration: Call one pair to each group for demonstration.

Perform the foot massage by following the proper procedure, using the Scoring Rubrics as the
guide in giving points.
