Api 650 Uplift Forces

1) The document provides formulas to calculate net uplift loads for various load cases on welded oil storage tanks, including design pressure, test pressure, wind load, seismic load, and combinations of loads. 2) It specifies allowable stresses on anchor bolts or straps and the tank shell for each load case. 3) Various parameters are defined that are used in the formulas, such as tank diameter, design pressures, wind loads, seismic moments, and weights of tank components.
