Hon Emeka Davis Ebo, Chief Executive officer:

With a vision to spread the benefits of technology, Davis visualized a


company providing turnkey solutions of all complexities. Solutions that
not only technical people could handle but rather technological solutions
for all. BIOSECUREONE LTD is the brainchild of that dream.

Davis attended the University of Cross River State, Uyo and the
University of Maryland College Park and is a Certified Biometrics Security
Engineering Professional, Davis has an in‐depth understanding of the
information and communication system. This gives him the unique ability
to visualize, integrate, and implement solutions. The distinctive quality
that makes him stand out is his cross platform experience in technology
and business and his association with people of all technical levels.

Davis has successfully managed several ICT companies based in the USA
and Nigeria. With an insight into new and innovative technology he has
introduced new technology as well as taken the existing to new heights.
As the Managing Director of BIOSECUREONE LTD, he has integrated
technology from many international high profile ICT companies to build
turnkey solutions for local and international clients.

In 2009, the Governor of Maryland appointed Davis to a four year term as


Commissioner of African Affairs for the State of Maryland.

With the rise of IT and biometric technology, Davis already established


BiosecureOne as a leading IT biometric solution provider in Nigeria. Now,
he has brought his experience to bear in the Engineering & Construction
field via BIOSECUREONE LTD.
Terrence Willis, Chief Technology officer:

Terrence has worked with a number of leading national and international


companies over

the years. He has worked with Uniqa, BDC. (A USA, California based
embedded system designing/development house), Info‐square gmbh.,
TechnoVista Ltd., and National Life Insurance Ltd. He has over six years
of experience as a Software Developer/ Engineer and over two years of
experience as Team Leader working on Client Server and Internet
Technology. Terence has experience in both Windows and Linux
Environment. Terence worked with Embedded System Software
development and developed an internationally patented internet browser
for Linux. He has experience in developing web application using CGI
Perl/C, ASP .Net. Linux. (Redhat and its clones) C/C++, Visual C++, Java,
and has good knowledge of SQL Databases, ODBC, Oracle etc. Terence
joined BiosecureOne in 2004 as Director of Biometrics Research and
Development. Terence’s responsibility includes designing the client
application architecture, leading the development team and sharing the
development load, assuring quality with the help of the QA team, change
and enhancement planning based on the Help Desk feedback. Terence
has obtained his M.Sc. and B.Sc. (Hon’s) degree in Electronics &
Computer Science from Temple University In

Philadelphia.
Professor Charles R. Longo, Sr. Head, ICT Training & Capacity Building

Charles Longo has a 37-year long career in the field of Vocational


Education and Skills Training. After attendance at Midwestern College in
which he majored in economics and abnormal psychology, he attended
case Western university where he did his Masters and PhD in Education
then Crowell, Collier and McMillan, Inc. employed him. C.C.M is a leading
publisher of educational textbooks and materials.

Two years afterward, he began his career in vocational education by


becoming employed by American Training Services, Inc. a leading
Vocational Trade School located in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. There he was
charged with the overall operation of five admission offices. While
employed he took the opportunity to study the methodology of training
students in various career fields. He left American Training Services to
assist in the operations and development of North American Training
Academy, a Delaware trade school in which he served for the next two
and one half years.

Under Mr. Longo’s auspices, curriculum grew to training programmers in


Fortran, RPG, Cobalt, and Machine with subsequent course materials
addressing Oracle, and Unix.

Simultaneously, Mr. Longo expanded the schools presence throughout


the United States offering computer literacy nationwide to adults via
correspondence programs. National Training Systems, Inc. installed the
first Hewlett Packard mainframe in Maryland for student use. Coupled
with a communications package and T1 and T2 lines, students could
communicate with the various schools around the country to access their
student grades, records and tuition accounts. Also instituted was the
first twenty-four hour live technical support dedicated to assisting
students with their studies.

In addition to the above, Mr. Longo continued to maintain a core


curriculum of training for basic job skills such as Diesel Mechanics,
Tractor-trailer Driving and Heavy Duty Truck repair amongst others.
Supplemental to these programs included small business start-up
education.

Mr. Longo’s development of the Saturated Approach to Learning (SAL)


was unique as a more information retentive and less timely training
approach to education and skills acquisition. This vertical approach to
curriculum enhancement, development and administration received
accolades from both Federal and State educators around the country.

Mr. Longo’s schools received National Recognition and Accreditation by


the U.S. Department of Education by virtue of its quality programs, and
review by two separate accrediting agencies, the Association of
Independent Colleges and Schools and the National Home Study Council.
As result of Mr. Longo’s efforts, hundreds of thousands of students have
achieved their vocational and career objectives quickly and
economically.

The work continues today at Biosecureone Ltd as Head, ICT Training, Mr.
Longo has the experience and expertise to continue the development of
sound educational programs that serve to insure student success and
satisfaction.
Nnanyere Kalu Nto, Head Project Engineer

Nto is an Electrical/Computer Engineering Degree holder and is a


Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) with an extensive background
in Windows-based network consulting and customized Web application
development. He has more than eight years of experience in this domain
and an in-depth knowledge of the nature and needs of the Nigerian IT
market.

Prior to joining BiosecureOne, Nto had a brief stint as the Head, Systems
for Sheiks & Bishops Nigeria, an IT security services firm. He also worked
at CNS Technologies where he started out as a Project Engineer and rose
to become the Director of Technical Services. In these roles, he provided
management and technical expertise to teams of engineers, consultants
and managing consultants to Corporate and Government establishments.
Nto oversees the day-to-day operations of BiosecureOne. His unique
ability to explain complex technical issues in non-technical terms makes
him a valued asset to companies who rely on us for advice that makes
sense to them and their business.
