KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, Marion Romina B. Tuliao, Filipino, of legal age, single and presently residing at Sampaloc,
Manila, have named, constituted and appointed, and by these presents do name, constitute and appoint
Raquel P. Bacud, Jr., Filipino, of legal age, single and residing at Diliman, Quezon City, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact, and for and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit:
“To collect for and in my behalf the amount of Two Million Pesos (P2,000,000.00) from
Carina Allapitan, representing her long overdue indebtedness to me.”

GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney-in-fact, full power and authority to do and
perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue
of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 4th day of November, 2019 in the
City of Manila.
