1. What is an evaluation technique?

Evaluation is the process of determining usability and fungtionality the worth of a program. A
plan must be made to accurate evaluate any type of program, whether it is a training course or
concerns the effectiveness of and customer satisfaction with a new product. Usually this
technique occurs in laboratory, field, workplace or in collaboration with user. Evaluating process
will go into design and implementation.
