 Budget Requirement: Food Budget and Design expenses

II. BACKGROUND/SITUATION ANALYSIS

 What prompted the project?


 We want to showcase what we’ve learned and gain more experience.

 Is there an existing concern or potential problem that you want to address?


 Lack of expertise by the people who handle the sound system, unexpected
events such as brownouts due to heavy rain.

III. PROJECT OBJECTIVES

OBJECTIVES STRATEGIES
To inspire aspiring conducting students. Showcase different conducting styles.
To promote the Music Department Invite Church members, Leaders, Music
and/or our School. Directors, Relatives, Friends and other
To help with the campaign to revive the Music enthusiast to the Event
Choral departments in Churches.

IV. DESIRED IMPACT AND OUTCOME OF THE PROJECT

1. What are the long term effects of the project? (Social, institutional)

 Encourage students to coordinate and help each other whenever there are
activities with the same nature.

 It may also help promote our school.

 It may also help with the campaign to revive the Choral departments in
Churches.

 It may also show what parts of the music system can be improved.

 And lastly, the activity may become a tradition in our institution. To have an
annual culminating activity for the aspiring conductors.
