E: Vibrant colors and marching music resonated along the school. The enchanted characters of ____________

costume) a festive mood that kept everyone in awe and wonderment.
J: Together with the printed book that they were carrying, the graders in their distinguishable book characters
paraded along _________________ (ROUTE NG PARADE) for the school year’s celebration of the English and
Book Week with the theme: “Inclusive, Innovative, Interconnected”
E: To entice the pupils’ interest, varied activities were presented like Tongue Twister, Spelling bee, best reader
contest and story telling. The creativity of the pupils, teachers, and with the help of parents were once again put into
action as they pleasurably attended the celebration as one.

B: WELCOME TO OUR NATIONAL BOOK WEEK AND READING MONTH CELEBRATION 2019!
E: I am very happy to be accompanied by my beautiful co-emcee Miss Jasmin. Good morning Ma’am!
J: Good morning Sir Edzel, I’m also overwhelmed and shocked! :D to be co-emceeing today’s event with you
as well.
E: On behalf of Imelda Elementary School Teachers especially English teachers of Imelda. I would like to
extend a very warm welcome to all of you.
J: To our guest, parents, students, participants we appreciate you taking time off your busy schedules to join
us today. We hope you will learn a lot today, we have lined- up for you to be fruitful and engaging.
PRAYER AND NATIONAL ANTHEM
E: May I invite everyone to invoke the Almighty, Ladies and Gentlemen. May I request all of you to stand for
doxology and national anthem.
J: We would like to start this program a prayer followed by the National Anthem, Please all rise respected
teachers and guests and to my dear students.
E: May we call on selected Grade 4 learners and our very own ageless and charming Ma’am Violeta G. Elma
join us here on stage.
J: That is a beautiful presentation grade 4 learner. Proper and gracious beat to our Philippine National anthem
of Ma’am Elma. Thank you!
WELCOME REMARKS
E: To kick-off this morning’s program, we are pleased to have with us our very own hardworking, motivated,
caring and beautiful Master Teacher .Please welcome our very own and officer in charge Ma’am Glaire
Blancaflor.
J: Thank you Gorgeous Ma’am Glaire Blancaflor for that enthusiastic, fruitful and energetic opening message.

E: It seems like some of you looks sleepy.
J: I think so sir edzel, And this performance will stop their sleepy head to have daydreaming. To entertain us
with their presentation may we call on selected grade 4 and 5 learners. Pls. join us here on stage.
