All the Employees of Prem Industries

Sub: Voluntary Blood Donation

Hereby all the employees of Prem Industries are informed that Voluntary
Blood Donation camp will be held by JSS hospital team at PREM Industries
Company Premises. If anyone are willing to Donate Blood by their own interest.
Please register the name. This the way to give and bring cheer to the poor and
needy- JSS provide free blood to the patients with thalassemia.
Benefits for Blood Donors from JSS hospitality
1. General physician consultation with free blood pressure check.
2. Free hemoglobin check for all the donors.
3. Free Blood grouping for all the donors.
4. Refreshments for donors(Juice & Biscuits)
5. Donors are recognized by giving certificates.
6. Suppose if any donor got admitted to JSS hospital in an emergency
period, they will provide them free blood units to the donor and their
relatives (Only investigation charges will be taken.)
7. Blood donation date will be confirmed.
