DEMAND TO VACATE

Dear Mr. & Mrs. Penduko:

Greetings!

The undersigned counsel, on behalf of Mrs. PETRA ROGERS, is writing this


letter regarding a pending concern on the lot where you are currently residing at.

Mrs. Rogers is the lawful owner of the lot you are currently occupying as
evidenced by Tax Declaration No. 0917-533 declared under the name of Petra Rogers.
The subject property is located at Brgy. Poblacion 2, Mayorga, Leyte. My client has
merely allowed your occupation in the said lot temporarily and by mere tolerance,
without fee and for free.

However, despite the goodness of my client’s heart, you and your family has
scandalously lived therein. You have disreputably challenged my client’s other relatives
also living within the above-mentioned property. You have not exercised the respect
due to my client. Hence, my client already wants to demand that you vacate her owned
property – for her and the whole neighbourhood’s safety.

Thus, at this juncture, please consider this as my client’s first and last written
demand for you to vacate the premises of the subject property you are currently
occupying, within a period of thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice. Should you
choose to still refuse to vacate the premises of the said property after the
thirty (30)-day period from receipt of this demand, my client will be
constrained to immediately file the appropriate charges and cases against
you.

We trust that you will give this matter your prompt and preferential attention to
avoid the expense and inconvenience of litigation. Should you have any questions or
clarifications regarding this matter, you may seek appointment with the undersigned
and contact me through the above-indicated contact details.
