3 sampai dengan 5. Namun, Supplier yang mempunyai rata – rata grade 1 sampai 2 akan dipertimbangkan untuk dihapus
dari Daftar Pemasok Terseleksi & digantikan dengan supplier yang lain.
2. Evaluasi dilaksanakan setiap 1 (satu) tahun sekali.
