Executive Summary

Plastic has always been major environmental issue since long. In order to overcome this issue,
we had many other options by which we could play our part in saving the environment upon
combine consideration we generate an idea by utilizing these plastics. As we know it takes years
even several decades for complete dissolving of plastic yet some of it remains same. Which
causes anti ecofriendly environment. We took a step forward rather than burring the in soil or
burning in fire which can also cause air pollution. As stated earlier it take decades for complete
disposal of plastic, so we thought these plastics can be utilized in order to remain environment
friendly as well as for the beneficial of human being.
During our product analysis of Electrolux portable vacuum cleaner, we came across several
notable observations. As we went through the specifications of the product and how it may
become the need of target customers. This caused us to further look into how we can help
customer and see how they can be addressed for this product. A vacuum cleaner is a common
household appliance designed for cleaning purpose. we have created our idea through the plastic
bottles because plastic is eco-unfriendly material. Here we took some of recycled plastic bottles
which through we produce this portable vacuum cleaner. This vacuum cleaner consumes less
electricity as well as less space. Today, as we all know most of women in Pakistan are working
women and they don’t have proper time for house chores so we kept this thing in our mind and
targeted those women. The price strategy is totally pocket friendly; everyone can easily afford
this handy cleaner.
Product Feasibility Analysis

“A Vacuum cleaner, also known simply as a vacuum, is a device that causes suction in order to
suck up dirt/particles and dust from floors, upholstery, draperies and other surfaces. It is
generally electrically driven. The dirt is collected by either a dust bag or a cyclone for later
disposal.”

Introduction:
Vacuum cleaners are expensive, and mostly people don’t buy this just because of its price. Here
we introduce a product named “Handy Cleaner”, which is light on pocket and easy to use. This is
a cleaner everyone can use easily. Product is made of plastic bottles, battery motor fan, and some
of plastic pipes.

Product and Service feasibility:


Initially we provide online buying facility. Customer can order it online through WhatsApp, Fb
messenger and latterly we launch it on Daraz.Pk.

Purpose
 The main and basic purpose of our product is to clean the surface which is display by its name.
 It is designed to remove dust particles from small areas.
 It is time saving product, can clean your room in minutes.
