I/we hereby assign my/our right to create Small Scale Technology


Certificates (STCs) to *********** PTY. LTD. in lieu of an upfront cash
discount as specified on this Agreement. I/we hereby authorise
*********** PTY. LTD. to deduct the amount shown from my nominated
credit card (if specified). The customer has a cooling off period of ten
(10) business days in which the customer may cancel this Agreement.
Although we may assist in arranging for the goods to be connected to
the main grid and for the installation of the meter at the premise, the
agreement to undertake that connection and installation is an agreement
between the Customer and his/her electricity retailer/distributor
company. The costs and risks of that connection and installation are not
included in this agreement. Older meter board and switchboards may
not meet current safety standards, and it may be necessary to upgrade
your board. The upgrade fees will be charged to homeowner.
