The document summarizes a design project called "Designing for Habit Formation Summit" which aims to help users develop new habits. The summit takes users on a journey to build a habit mindset through small daily tasks over 5 days and journaling. It then has users map out a journey with accountability partners to work on habits together over time. Testing of the habit formation approaches showed positive results but more testing with larger groups is needed.

starting off with a 5-day training where he builds his habit mindset through Tiny Habits. He then
B.Des. details out the itinerary of the whole Summit, chooses his co-travellers and then the whole group
embarks on the journey together. The Trek Guide with whom the user has daily campfire talk is

Two hypotheses - Conversative Journaling and Building Habit Mindset were proposed as part of

the solution. To test these hypotheses, two rounds of testing was conducted with 30 participants
categorised in two groups. The overall outcomes of the testing direct positively towards the
hypotheses, but there is still scope for testing with a larger audience.
