At 8.00 am, I came worked before continue my worked, I went face to face with Mr.Azhar for maked
accepted form but it is not finish. So I prosited with the task. Then, Madame Z gave to me 3 form for
upgrade in the system of industrial training that is form a site visit form, presentation form and final
report. She gave 2 month for finish upgrade the system and to rise standard system, I should use
easyPHP, macromedia and database used that basic namely MySQL. system At 11.00 am, I went sent
letter to Human Resources Department. After that, I was made work used microsof office for easy made
log book, for example Microsoft word 2007, Microsoft excel 2007. Use Microsoft excel, I made workload
summary of lecture this collage under Computer Science Department for sort and fitter follow
mathematics and Computer Science Department and follow alphabet.
In morning, I should be two duplicates kept in file for office, so I just photocopy form workload summary.
Besides that, Madame Zahrah given to me 1 file and only include letter and sort follow alphabet and class
of students internship for Degree and Diploma. Then, I went to office for the director to for important
letter from Madam Laili that was my dean under faculty Computer Science. After that, to show body of
evidence, I had deliver letters that to director, I must to be for signature director in log book. For made log
book, I used Microsoft work . It was very simply. That was either our way working with other people and
must obey in rule.
At 9.30 am, I should be called 10 students internship under degree for to seek certainty whether all of
them have been into followed company or otherwise and did they get treatment from upper management.
After finish, i should record another all in my notebook of saved for easy can see every time.
I continued my worked for called only 7 students internship at office dean with escorted by lecture that
work on that day namely Madame Farah under faculty Math. Then, I followed with my upgrade system
with draw relationship 3 table. In relationship for system, I should be 4 table for add total table. All
relationship should join with total because it involved figure.
I was assigned by dean to separated student's name from two sessions namely session July 2010 and
December 2010 followed the class. That all was transcript new degree in PICC, Putrajaya at 6 November
2010. I see outstanding results that they achieved, my heart was throbbing any fell good with their
achievement. After isolate all that material. I should photocopy that material became two duplicates that
was to department academic and for dean reserve. Then, I flashback with learned back was been learned
when year 2 about easyPHP and Database because I very forgot in IT knowledge.
I'm very busy with a lot of things and update all the lecture's resume and outlet in the file for given to
director because every year, this college collectedly resume and outlet for all department for updated.
Then, I ask my supervisor for get great day leaved Aidiladha. So I gotten 4 holiday for 16-19 Nov 2010 but
must go more confirmation from dean first. My holidays accepted by dean. I'm so happy.......
I don't have work or task for supervisor or dean. So, I continued with my project and so relax but I must to
remind come for work and get experience when have in job nature.
I had in directed by dean sent to few documentation to department coordinators. Besides that, I study
about IT with refer book and search internet forgot had knowledge and new information and when my
supervisor gave to me task about IT, I must to know how way intend task that. Furthermore, I'm not many
knowledge on IT and I only know that basic about this.
Friday it is a good day because the task of- peak but is work that should I settle. This work related to
stationery intake in edge ground floor cafe. Equipment had want to use immediately, so I had to form fill
and should given confirmation from dean. This order was done by IT department dean that is Madame
Laili.
I had back to work as usual with various challenges in job. Work me not many and I only continue system
that had been to me by Madame Zahrah. Apart from that, I have been doing some work for dean such as
list of students record that graduate in workload students.

Include letter that in sent by various types of company for training students industry in file follow
alphabet. Besides, help dean send various letter in Human Resource Department.

I am glad that this day is not a lot of work but just go submit some documents to the secretary of deputy
rector. Besides, I just surf the internet to get some information about the current economic and current
knowledge. Sometimes, I get bored at work does not have friends to talk and to share ideas and problem.

My work had actually not tired of ever since I just sit and go online while I worked to restore the system to
the students practical.

In Weekdays, I work a lot and it was not easy as sort of all documents relevant to the students who will
make in your practice so happy for the check or otherwise. After that, I was just surfing the Internet to the
heart and seeking knowledge on how to make final report to the practical.
After 5 weeks I have been working and have a lot of experience I can before I actually became an employee
of one day. In the week, I had help Madam Zahrah for fax a letter to all companies that have taken
students for industrial training in order to know which company received industry training advisory form.
Besides, I need to send a memo to all heads of departments directed by the dean of the department of
computer science. Besides, I proceed with the project I had to upgrade the industrial
training system make this system is not easy for me because I'm not interested in a
bit if the system but I have tried my out most to produce excellent results for all of this can we
learned from any source.
Sign 6 weeks to the day I felt more and more briefly with the work that was been provided by the Madam
Zahrah. At 6 weeks, I had been directed by the dean submit a few pieces of scrap to be given for the rector,
vice academic rector. In my job for 6 weeks not many only helped Madam Zahrah and Madam Laili to
make work.
More and more close to myself I completed training. Many experiences that I can learn and all that will be
a morale booster for me in the future. This week, I was given a new assignment by the dean to review the
list of student and graduates who have not been there that has the heading transcript by Coventry. After
that, I should be for all the new transcript to the head of the graduate division academic Madam
Rosmawati. Besides, I was assigned by the dean of the faculty of Professional Studies Madam Che Siti
Mahani Mohd Kasim to send some forms to all department heads on the Entrepreneurial Day.
This week was my last week as workers on Dec 24 because I will be completing the industry and lot of
knowledge. I can go through the training. On Monday, the work I did helped the dean of the faculty of
Professional Studies sent several letters to the vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Managers, Academic and
the Service Entrance, Head of the field of Accounting and Finance Chairman of the budget request for the
workshop on KPTM finance courses. Yesterday, I gave the task by Madam Zahrah to fax 28 sent a letter to
any company that took the students for Industry Training. Besides, Madam Che Siti Rohani gave me the
memo to give to the rector.
