Email Monetization Training

If you haven’t read the blueprint, you should download it now.

Click Here and be sure to read all the linked files as well. It will
give you a better understanding of the training.

Below is a basic overview of the training.

We work with a company that provides rev-share data from many

different data sources. Rev-share (revenue sharing) is when a list
owner provides you with data at $0 upfront costs, you then mail it
and split the revenue that is generated. By working with them,
they can provide a consistent supply of data, which is a huge
benefit over having to seek out rev-share data sources on your
own when first starting out.

On the surface, the way it works is fairly simple. You will receive
data from the rev-share company and you will have to test the
different sources of the data. When I say sources, I'm talking
about the URL of where the data was generated from. All the data
you receive will have a source URL for each record. Data sources
that you test and perform well, you will keep and continue to
receive additional data from those sources. Data sources that you
test and do not perform well, you will discontinue and will no
longer receive any further data from them.

So if for example, you test auto insurance data from Xdomain. If it

performs well, you will want to keep getting data from Xdomain. If
it performs poorly, then you stop receiving data from that source.
Of course, it is more involved or you wouldn't need the training.

You will use ESPs to send and test the data, which will allow you
to keep your costs down when first starting out (compared to
setting up your own SMTP server) and grow the business at a
pace within your budget. Also, by using ESPs, you can piggyback
off the good IP reputation other users have built up and be able
for the most part to get decent in-boxing. Which is key to
generating the highest possible ROI. Where if you started with
your own SMTP server, which so many think it's an easier way to
send email. When it is actually much harder unless you already
have good data (opens / clickers) because you have to build up
the IP reputation of the IPs on your SMTP server.

Rev-share data is a great way to get started in the business

because there are no upfront costs for the data. So you can build
your bankroll and mailing infrastructure easier/quicker and then,
later on, start to buy data and keep 100% of the revenue instead
of splitting it. However, by no means is rev-share a beginner
strategy, as most experienced mailers are always seeking data to
manage on a rev-share basis, as it adds additional income
streams to their business.

Outside of the training costs, you want to have a budget of around

$200 or so to get started, which will be used for building your
mailing infrastructure: setting up ESPs, hosting accounts, buying
domains, cleaning data, etc...
Your mailing infrastructure (as listed above) is what controls how
quickly you can send / test data...build up your good data
sources. As you build your good sources up, you will also need to
build up your infrastructure, so that you can handle the increased
volume. However, you can build this as fast or as slow as your
budget and time permits.

The training will cover rev-share data, co-reg data and buying
data. It will cover everything you need to know regarding the data
monetization business. From cleaning, testing and managing
data, testing offers, creating custom creatives (messages), testing
and sending mailings, how to test and fix spam folder problems
(fixing spam folder / deliverability problems in itself if you do or
plan to do any email marketing is invaluable!), etc... It will cover
everything you will need to succeed and have the potential to
build a 6 figure or greater business.

Below is an example of the data flow of the data monetization

process. It looks more complicated than it is, but it's actually fairly
simple once you understand it. All you need are two ESP
accounts to get started and really you just need one to test data
with at first. Then, later on, you can scale it up as you build up
your good data sources.

I will get you set up with the rev-share company that we work
with. If you don't already belong to any CPA networks, I will help
you get set up with one. Once you are working with one network
and mailing, it will be easy to get set up with others.

I will show you how to get set up with the co-reg network we use
and how to best use it to generate leads. Co-reg leads are
basically opt-in, as each user individually requests more
information from you about the offer you advertise. The leads get
sent directly to your ESP account, they don't require any cleaning
and cost $.25 - $.45 per lead. You can optionally start by
generating co-reg leads and later on add 3rd party data to your
operation. Starting with co-reg is actually cheaper to set up and
easier to monetize, you just have the cost of purchasing the
leads. The option is yours on how to start

I will show you how to get virtual assistants that will work for as
little as $2.00 per hour, which will become key to you being able
to effectively scale your business at low cost. This is what I
consider to be one of the best parts of the business because over
time you can build an almost completely virtual company. Where
you simply delegate and oversee the bulk of the work that is
needed to be performed.

I will put you in contact with a couple of top list hygiene

companies, which you can get started for as little as $100 in
credits. The credits are good forever / never expire. Both
companies are providing significant discounts to all my students in
order to make it easier to get started in the business. (Not
required for co-reg)
One thing you will be doing is running a WordPress blog, which
creating articles can be a real pain and time-consuming. I will
show you how to find existing good articles and get them rewritten
for very cheap so that they then become your own articles. Which
will save you all the time and hassles of creating them yourself. If
the idea of having to set up blogs concerns you, don't worry, I
show you how to do it step by step and it's very easy.

Since I have been in the business for a long time, I have

developed many custom software programs that I use in my
business. For the time being, I am including the following
programs at no charge with the training, To purchase the
programs outside of the training would normally cost you about
$1200. I spent about of $30K developing them.

About half will be programs that you will use right away and the
others will be more important as you become bigger and scale. All
the programs are windows based, so I hope you don't have a
mac. The following are the programs that you will receive with the
training.

High volume list manager

Email seed checker
IP to location converter
Email address verifier
Domain verifier
Domain hosting checker

The training has no fixed time limit, so basically you will always be
able to contact me. The actual training will be done through
videos, that way you can see everything as if you were looking
over my shoulder. Additionally, the training assumes that you
have no experience and walks you through everything step by
step. However, if there is ever something that is unclear to you or
you need additional help with, you can contact me directly and I
will help you 1-on-1 with any problem you are having.

If you, later on, choose to also mail using a hosted mailer and
your own servers / IPs. I will be able to help you out getting
started. I can put you in touch with mail friendly IP providers and
provide access to my custom built mailer, saving you thousands
of dollars per year, even 10's of thousands (depending on scale)
in mailer costs. Mailing with a hosted mailer and your own
servers/IPs is completely optional and not required, but it can add
additional revenue to your business.

I can guarantee you 100% that there is nothing that can come
close to the training I provide. While you can certainly go out and
try and learn the business through trial and error. In the long run,
it will save you substantial time and money.

Important note: I can also provide you with fresh / targeted daily
data feed very Inexpensively. If you were to purchase the feed
directly from the data provider it would cost you several thousand
dollars per month. I'm making the feed available to all students for
a tiny fraction of the price...huge savings.
Below is the minimum setup costs monetizing rev-share data.

3 domains: $1.00-$2.00 each

3 hosting accounts $2.75 each monthly ($8.25)
Data cleaning account: $100
5 blog article rewrites for about $50, but you probably want to go
with like $80 for higher quality rewrites
5 blog images: about $15

Data cleaning costs are $0.60 per 1000 addresses. ($100 to set
up account) Normally it is $600 to start, but I have someone that
will set you up for just $100. They also give you around 30K in
free credits. So the $100 will clean your first 200K addresses.

So the above is about $200 ish.

This doesn't include ESP costs to send mail. You can get started
with a single ESP for $20 per month.

Since you will be starting out with no good data, you have to start
building it up from scratch. So you will likely have to replace some
domains and accounts along the way. So to help reduce the
potential added costs of this, you could just stick with buying
cheap domains at first. At any given time there is almost always a
domain register running a special that you can buy domains for
under $2.00.
Additionally, for ESP accounts, you can initially just use free trial /
free accounts, so if an account gets terminated, it's easier to set
up a new one. When you replace an ESP, you will want to change
your domains and hosting account. So you would get a new
hosting account and then cancel the hosting account you are
replacing. There is also an inexpensive option you can use to
send / test data that only cost about $20 per month and is fairly
easy to replace. Which I cover in the training.

If everything doesn't make complete sense, don't worry, it's all in

training and feel free to ask me any questions you have.

* If you choose to start by generating co-reg leads the setup costs

are slightly different. You can start with just a single domain /
hosting account and you could optionally just create a squeeze
(opt-in) type page as your home page instead of a blog. You will
only need a single ESP account, which I would just start with the
cheapest / smallest ($15 per month) and upgrade the account as
you build up your leads. As I previously mentioned, you do not
need to clean the leads / need a cleaning account.

Let me explain the data monetization process a little more, so you

can make a more informed decision. The below doesn't apply to
co-reg leads.

When you first start working, you will be receiving data from the
rev-share company and you have to test the data. Which you do
by sending a relevant offer based on what the user's interest is.
So if you are getting life insurance data, then you send a life
insurance offer. If you are getting data for education, then you
send an education offer, etc...The data sources that perform
poorly, you will tell the company to stop sending those sources to
you. The data sources that performs well, you continue to keep
receiving.

They will continue to send you data from all data sources, except
those you tell them to stop. So you only stop the poor data
sources and keep getting data from the good ones. Poor data is
low opens and or high complaints. Good data is low complaints
and decent / high opens. Ideally, you also want to get
conversions, so that you are making a profit on your initial
mailings.

You will on a regular basis remove the unresponsive users from

your data so that you are only keeping the openers / clickers...the
most responsive users. Essentially you are converting the data
from quantity to quality.

As you continue to do the above, you will start to build up your

good data. As this happens you should eventually get to a point
where momentum kicks in and you start to get a consistent flow of
users that open, click and convert. Which your income should
start to consistently grow along with it and then it just becomes
how big can you scale the business.

The process is not without some speed bumps.

There is a downside to 3rd party data, There will be cases that not
all the users may have realized that they were providing
permission to receive messages from third parties. So some may
mark the message as spam. Because of this, when you are first
starting out, some of your ESP accounts will get terminated for
too many spam complaints.

Once you build up some good data, you can then use it as a
buffer for testing new data and mitigate complaints.

For example, you send 9000 good emails and 1000 new emails.
Then any complaints generated from the 1000 (new), would be
based on the 10K total sent.

Most ESPs have a 1 complaint per 1000 messages sent

threshold.

If you only sent 1000 (new) and received 4 complaints, that would
obviously be bad since it is over the 1 per 1000.

But 4 from 10K is well below the 1 per 1000 ratio.

So by using existing good data as a buffer, you can skew the

complaint ratio.

While this may seem like a hassle, the upside is that you can
scale at a much higher rate that is not possible using opt-in unless
you have a significant amount of money for advertising.
Everyone that is in the business goes through this when they first
start out and it's a drag. But once you get past it, everything
becomes easier.

* If you choose to start with generating co-reg leads you don't

really have to worry about getting an account terminated, as it's
far less likely to get any significant amount of complaints.
However, there are specific ways that you want to create your
ads, email creatives and monetize the leads to help improve the
likelihood of your success.

The other obstacle is making sure your messages inbox. In the

training, I go over this in detail. Before you send a message you
want to make sure that it inboxes. However, there will be times
that it goes to the spam folder. If you were to not test and send
mail that went to the spam folder, your potential income will be
drastically reduced because far fewer users will potentially see
the message.

So you have to test and be able to figure out what is the problem
is when it happens and fix it. Which I show you a step by step
process how to test and fix problems. This applies to both
rev-share(3rd party) and co-reg. This portion of the training alone
is invaluable if you do or plan to do any email marketing.
The training is normally $2497. However, for a limited time, you
can get it for only $497 ($2000 off).

*** If making a single payment is outside your budget, I can split

the training into 2-3 sections / 2-3 payments. That way you can
get started without needing to have the full amount upfront. When
you move on to the next section/payment is up to you. You can
move at your own pace / budget.

You will receive 40+ videos, access to resources, $1200 in

software and as much 1-on-1 help that you need.

As an added bonus you will receive 1 month free of the daily /

targeted data feed. Click here for details on the data feed.

The $497 doesn't remotely come close to the actual value, which
is easily 10X+ the price. I'm basically giving everything away and
using the $497 to compensate for the time that I will provide for
the 1-on-1 portion of the training.

*** Only 10 spots available at the special discounted price.

Here is something you may find interesting. It's an email
