Killer Tips & Tricks to ensure Your Prospects comes to see your Network Marketing Business

Opportunity Presentation

Learning the art of Invitation is highly important for you to have long term Success in Network
Marketing business opportunity. There are few things you need to consider before you start
inviting your prospects. I will be sharing 8 Important Tips for Inviting your prospects for the
network marketing business opportunity.

MLM & Network Marketing Invitation Tips

Tip # 1: Invite using Mobile Phone

It’s always better to use a mobile phone for inviting your prospects, rather trying to invite them
face to face. If try to invite them face to face, prospect always tries to take as much information
from you, and you will not be able to provide many details then & there.

When you invite prospects on the phone & then they ask question / queries, you can simply ask
them to meet you & discuss the things more professionally over a table.

A Perfect Network Marketing Invitation call ends within 3 minutes!


Tip # 2: Don’t talk unnecessary stuff while inviting the prospect

I would ask you to check the meaning of the word “Invitation” in the dictionary. It only says
“inviting someone”. I see many people giving unnecessary information to the prospects while
they invite. Telling the company name, products, a business plan is totally not recommended
while you are inviting your prospects.

Tip # 3: Be Excited, Maintain CURIOSITY & Talk with Conviction

Very important! Walk & Talk while inviting 😉 This will help in keeping your blood circulating
going in your body & your voice will not be dull. Don’t lie down while inviting. You need
excitement in your voice while inviting.
When the person on the other side feels you have got something, he will be willing to meet, as
simple as that. Maintaining the CURIOSITY is very important if you are able to do that the
prospect will definitely turn up to see the business opportunity.

And obviously whatever you talk, talk with conviction. If you are convinced half the work is
done. If the prospect feels you are not sure yourself about what you are talking, chances are he
will not have any interest in meeting you & listen to what you had to offer.

Tip # 4: KISS, don’t KILL

“KISS: Keep It Short & Simple”

“KILL: Keep It Long & Lengthy”

You invitation call should be maximum 3 – 5 minutes. You can use FORM:

F – Family Chit Chat

O – Occupation

R – Recreation

M – Message

Start like this (in the following example I had used FORM, on telephonic conversation):

Hey Sachin (prospect name), how are you, buddy? How’s life going? (give a pause & let Sachin
speak)

(Use of F) How’s uncle, aunty, his bro / sis ? (let Sachin reply to your question)
(Use of O) How’s your Job / Business going? You must be earning well by now & enjoying your
life, am I right? (let him speak. Always appreciate prospects profession)

Most of the prospects will say they are not earning sufficient. You can relate it to yourself,
saying “even same was the case with me”, “but now I had found a great opportunity”, “and it
seems that financial crunch won’t remain anymore & I will be a free bird soon”

Now the prospect will surely ask you: What you have got? What is that? What are you doing?

(Use R & M) As you know I am in Job / Business, but was not fully satisfied with it, so I was
looking for some extra income options & I came across this project… (give very brief
introduction of your opportunity).

(Now you are giving solution to Sachin by offering your opportunity) Sachin, how about having
a look at the project? If it suits you we shall work together?

Tip # 5: Always give Time Choice to the prospect

After having the above conversation it’s important for you to give 2 Time Choices to the
prospect so that prospect can choose any of the given Time.

Giving an only 1-time option to the prospect to meet you is not recommended because prospect
might not be ready for that. But if you give 2-time choices, psychologically prospect will Accept
1 of the given time.

Tip # 6: Invite the prospect 24 – 48 hours before Business Presentation

You should give an invitation call to the prospect 24 – 48 hours only before the business
presentation. If you invite him 5 – 7 days before business presentation, you will again call him a
day before or same day of business presentation to confirm if he’s coming or not.
And the prospect might feel that you need him & you will lose your Posture (I have explained
Posture in next para). In spite of calling him again & again give a call 24 – 48 hours prior to the
presentation so that the prospect also remember & you need not call him again & again.

Tip # 7: Maintain Your Posture

This is something very important while inviting the prospect for network marketing business
opportunity presentation. While you are inviting the prospect, make sure the prospect SHOULD
NOT feel that you need him.

Always remember / keep in mind, You are GIVING an opportunity to the prospect to help him
change his life. You should always keep your self-respect & never beg him to come to see the
business presentation.

Prospects interested in joining you!

Tip # 8: Take Confirmation

On the scheduled day when you are supposed to meet the prospect, before leaving for the
meeting venue you should call the prospect & confirm if he’s coming on time for the meeting.
This is important so that if in the case due to any reason he’s not coming you can utilize your
time.

Here it’s important that while taking the confirmation you should not lose your Posture.

What I do is:

As soon as I fix the meeting, I SMS the Venue address to the prospect (most prospects don’t
reply, whether they have got the SMS or not)

I call them on scheduled meeting day & just ask;


Me: Hi Sachin (prospect name), Vineet this side, how are you? (give a pause, let him speak),
Sachin I just wanted to confirm – you got the venue address for our meeting today?”

Sachin says: Yes

Me: Ok, great! See you soon, take care, Bye 🙂

If prospect had earlier replied to my SMS, I still call him on the scheduled meeting day & I start
like this:

Me: Hi Sachin, Vineet this side, how are you? (give a pause, let him speak). Sachin I just wanted
to confirm you will be reaching on the given time, i.e. 11AM (meeting Time fixed in previous
invitation call with Sachin) for our meeting today?

This will help you in maintaining your posture & the prospect will not feel you are after him.

To Conclude

Always keep in mind the above Inviting Prospect for Network Marketing Opportunity tricks for
network marketing business opportunity presentation. The more you do, more your Learn.
There’s no magic pill 😀

– Where to get people to talk to? In Public Transport(Bus, Metro, Railways, Airplane), Your
Friend & Colleagues(Office, Gym, Clubs, Parties, etc.), In Shopping Malls, etc. etc., You will
find people around you all the time!
– Once in a while & depending on the prospect: Call, SMS, WhatsApp your prospect. Connect
with them on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, or any other Social Media Platform they are active.

– IMPORTANT: Engage with your Prospect on Social Media (but, don’t over do it).
Example: Like, Comment, your prospects status update or any other post (it should be done
genuinely).
– Using Emails: Greet them on their Birthday, Festive occasions.
If you get a chance meet with you prospects, like in Family functions, Parties, Events, Meetings,
etc.

You may feel if you spend so much time in Building Healthy Relation with your future prospects
then when will you do the business? But, this is part of the business. It is essential if you wish to
increase your Conversation rate.

There is no fun Inviting (30 Prospects), Show the plan (to 15-18 Prospects)& Following Up (10
Prospects) & Signing Up (2 Prospects). It makes more sense spending time in building
Relationship with Prospects first & then initiate business talk.

Doing this you will see huge increase in your Conversation.

“K.I.S.S.: Keep It Short & Simple”

Here are some of the actual recruiting scripts you can use in your recruiting invitation that will
get your prospect to say “Yes” to your opportunity. Decide which one is best or the individual
you are calling. Your choice of script and your personal variations on it will depend on the
person.

Script 1 – “Let’s work together”


:::::: I have discovered a opportunity. I think we can make some money if we work together on
it. What do you say?

Script 2 – “Starting our own business”

:::::: I help people start their own businesses with no risk……What do you say??

Script 3 – “I am in a new kind of business”

One can use this approach when meeting someone at a party, function, wedding, or any occasion
when you encounter a person who might be a prospect but you don’t have time for a long
conversation. At some point during the conversation, your prospect will ask what is new and
exciting with you. You answer,

:::::: I have started a new business. I am associated with a company that markets Holiday
Accommodation in different parts of India. It’s fabulous! I would love to tell you all about it
sometime, but right now I have to run. Why don’t I call you and we will get together? What is
your number?

Script 4 – “You can be your own boss”

:::::: If you had a job with no boss and could work your own hours at home with an excellent
income, would you be interested?

Script 5 – “Need for a second income”

::::::For the Guest who are doing Job

You know, we were the same way. I was thinking about getting a second job to help our budget,
but then we started a little home-based business. I know lots of people who have developed a
second income in a very short time. Ours is already growing. If you like, I will come over and
share with you what I’m doing.
Script 6 – “Feel, Felt, Found”

:::::: I can understand how you feel. I felt the same way. Then I found a new business idea and
discovered that this system really works. Let’s get together and talk about it.

Script 7 – “Meeting Invitation”

:::::: Hey, I’m checking out a new business called (name of the company). I’m going to a
business presentation on Saturday and wonder if you would like to go with me and give me your
opinion. Great! I will pick you up at your place at 7 p.m.

Script 8 – “20-25 minutes of your time”

There are a lot of variations on this script. It adapts easily to whatever you determine is the ‘hot-
button’ to which a person will respond. Some examples:

:::::: If I could show you a way so that you can pay your monthly car instalments on time,
would you give me 20 to 25 minutes?

:::::: If I could show you a way to help hundreds of needy people change their lives as well as
you can also get a retirement income, would you give me 20 to 25 minutes?

:::::: If I could show you a legal way to make a lot of money without risk, would you give me
25 minutes of your time?

#when you invite, you make your friends realize for the first time that you have started a new
activity. You come into contact with “PEOPLE” for the first time. Is result is either “Too good or
Too bad.” This depends on HOW you invite.
Remember:
· You know about Ebiz more than your prospect.
· You are giving an opportunity which could change the life of your prospect.
· You are giving something, not taking.
· Make your prospect understand, that you are more interested in him/her and not in his/her
money.
· Make him understand that he is an able person who can take his own decisions and not
depend on others for their opinions.
· More important that WHAT is HOW.
· Be happy and show excitement while giving invitations.
Consider, you have 500 associates and each one has 100 names on their list. Even if 250
associates invite 40 contacts in 3 months, it means 250*40 = 10,000 people getting the
invitations which would result in may be 5000 joining. This means 100 orbits!!
The calculations for a year would be interesting, isn’t it!!! Thats the Power of Compounding.
But at first, you have to practice it. Always, remember,
· Many people are waiting for you to just give them invitation. Go out from your room, and
invite them.
Learning invitation is not enough. How many times you use it is more important

NEED OF FOLLOW UP:

There is no formal definition of follow up. It depends on guest to guest, but first you should
always show the online courses and your cheques if any. You must also excite your guest by
showing visual courses.

The second part comes the informal part of the follow up. First you must know what kind of
person you are dealing and you must extract from him that he wants out of his life. The best way
to get that is pose a question---

What do you want to do in your life??\


He would surely answer CA, B. Tech or MBA but then you say that I am not asking about the
courses but your aim and then he will start revealing his aims, and then you job is to connect his
aims to lucrative things in eBIZ.
Now, generally you get two types of guests—
1. Who have lots of doubts
2. Who have no doubts
but both are same for you, as they have not joined.

1. Guest Who have lots of doubts----

Don’t think that the guest having lots of doubts are fools and have failed to understand anything.
They are the ones who have exactly put their brains on the business plan and has figured out
doubts. Finding doubt is not an easy task, they have thought about it, if you clear his doubts then
you can surely convert him.

Smart people when convinced stick to their words Never use any motivational quotes or words
when the guest is in doubts because it wont make any effect on him. Once you have cleared his
doubts then put forward the motivating thing.

Now you will be thinking that how you will know that the guest has no doubts?? You should
remember that you are not there to argue or fight with the guest.Do not enter into hot verbal talks
to convince him.

After posing certain questions and getting the answer the guest may be out of questions and will
keep silent, you can then understand that he is left with no doubts or questions. Dont think that
your job is over now, it is just half done, and you have just made him neutral from negative, but
remember you have to make him positive.

Now how to do that?? Negativity comes from brain, but positivity comes from heart, you have to
win his heart by using motivating tools and showing him want he can gain from eBIZ.
Certain guests come with a burst of questions firing at you all the questions one bouncer after
another. Don’t try to answer all of them at a time, you will get confused. Let him say and wait till
he gets over. Let him vomit everything at once, when he stops then you start with one question at
a time.

NOTE: Here doubts means doubts in business and educational plan, not that he
Doesn’t have time or money or any other personal things.
2. Guest who have no doubts---
There are many who will say that they don’t have any doubt in the plan, they have understood
everything. Maybe they are lying but you don’t think about it. If it is really true that he has
understood everything, then just skip the doubt clearing
session and jump to motivating session. But if he is lying and still has not understood and not
telling you, then don’t go on explaining him the business plan once more.

There are differences between guest having doubts and guest who haven't understood anything,
the former one has used his brain and the later is still searching for one.

· When a prospect says 'NO', he means approach me after 3 months.
· Everybody's needs are different
· Joining are never planned, mostly come by accidents. But 'Success' is never a matter of
chance, it is a matter of choice.
· Stop running after joining but run after efficient long term results.
· As an associate believe what you are preaching
o Understand the presentation and present it 'Dil se' (from your heart).
· Make a Contact List of 200 minimum (Keep in mind the following things) –

o Make new contacts
o Update your contact list form time to time
o Do not prejudge while making a contact list

· Do not ever lie to prospects, uplines, downlines or anyone.
· Imbibe the attitude to help people.
· Learn 1 time from your uplines and teach 4times to your downlines
· Always keep on inviting
· Maintain gravity while giving passes.
· Start marketing yourself first.

o Prospects see our seriousness, qualities, attitude, visions, etc.
· Dressing Sense – Always be in the best formals

· If you want to be the best, duplicate your uplines (maybe even exactly).
· Make a positive attitude towards life.
· There are some dreams which cannot be fulfilled by your normal income but eBIZ can get

#Step 2: Compliment the Prospect!

This is a critical step… the sincere compliment will open the door to real communication and
will make the prospect much more agreeable about hearing what you have to say. Just make sure
your compliment is sincere!

Examples for your Warm-Market Prospects: “You have been very successful and I’ve always
respected the way you’ve done business.”

OR

“For as long as I’ve known you, I’ve thought you were the best at what you do.”

For a Cold Market: “You’ve given me some of the best service I’ve ever received.”

OR

“You are super sharp. Can I ask what you do for a living?”

These are just guidelines… find something that you can honestly use to compliment your
potential prospect and use it.

This simple step will literally double your invitation results – says Eric Worre.
When you begin with urgency and a compliment, it becomes very difficult for a person to react
negatively towards your invitation. People don’t often hear compliments, so your prospect will
usually become very receptive.

If you were to study the network marketing pros, you would discover that they are constantly
putting people in good moods with their honesty and sincere compliments.

It does a few things… it helps people open their minds, it helps build rapport, and most of all, it
will help achieve the goal of education and understanding.

Step 3: Make the Invitation!

In this case, there are 3 types of invitation approaches for the network marketing professional.

The Direct Approach

The direct approach is used when you are inviting people to learn more about an opportunity for
THEM. Here are a few examples:

For the Warm-Market Prospects: “I think I found a way for us to really boost our cash flow.”

OR

“Let me ask you a question, off the record. If there was a business you could start working part-
time from your home that could replace your full-time income, would that interest you?” – This
is one of my favorites for my warm-market.

For a Cold Market: “Do you keep your options open when it comes to making extra money?”

OR
From the Marketing Guru – Ray Higdon: “Would you be open to a side project if it didn’t
interfere with what you are currently doing?”

Most people use the direct approach all the time… there are other ways to approach your
prospects, but much depends on the situation. If you are a person to use the direct approach all
the time, then maybe it’s time that you broaden your horizons with 2 alternative approaches.

The Indirect Approach

This indirect approach is another powerful tool to help people get past their resistance and
educate them on what you have to offer. This indirect approach is asking the person for their help
with input or guidance. Play yourself down and play up to the prospect’s ego.

Examples for your Warm-Market Prospects: “I found a business I’m really excited about, but
what do I know? You have so much experience. Would you take a look at it for me and let me
know if I’m making the right move?”

OR

“A friend told me the best thing I could do when starting a business is to have people I respect
take a look at it and give me some guidance. Would you be willing to do that for me if I made it
simple?”

For a Cold Market: “My company is expanding in your area. Would you do me a favor and take
a look at it and let me know if you think it would work where you live?”

OR

“I’ve started a business with a product I think makes a lot of sense, but I’d like to get your input.
Would you be willing to check it out and give me your opinion?”

The Super Indirect Approach


This 3rd approach is incredibly powerful because it works on a number of psychological levels.
Through this approach, you are letting the person know that they aren’t a prospect, and that you
are interested in finding out if they know someone else who might benefit from your business.

Examples for your Warm-Market Prospects: “Who do you know that might be looking for a
strong business they could run from their home?”

OR

“The business I’m in clearly isn’t for you, but I wanted to ask… who do you know that is
ambitious, money-motivated, and would be excited about the idea of adding more cash flow to
their lives?”

In most cases, the person is going to ask you for more information before they give you any
names – behind that request is curiosity and intrigue, thinking that this might be for them, but
they are not going to admit that to you yet.

When the person asks for additional information, you can respond with: “That makes sense…
you’ll want to know more about it before you refer some of your contacts…” Then move on to
step 4 below.

For approaching your Cold-Market, you can use the same information as the warm market Super
Indirect Approach. Use the warm-market scripts or any variation that is comfortable to you.

Step 4: If I, Would You?

This is one of the secret weapons of the professional network marketer. “If I give you a DVD,
would you watch it?” “If I gave you a link to a website with a video presentation, would you
check it out?”
This question is SO POWERFUL, and for a number of reasons.

First – it’s reciprocal… you are saying to the person that you will do something for them, if they
will do something for you in return. As human beings, we are hard-wired to respond in a positive
manner to these types of situations.

Secondly – it puts you in a place of power. You are in control. You are NOT begging. You are
not asking for favors. You are simply offering a value exchange.

And Third – it implies that YOU have something of value to offer. You are saying that you will
do something, but not unless the other person will do something in exchange.

When you value what you have, people will respect you.

“If I, Would You” gets results. It gets people to say “YES.” Remember… our goal is education
and understanding. “If I, Would You” helps us achieve that goal.

Let’s RECAP! – If you started a phone call with urgency, complimented the prospect, made the
invitation and asked, “If I, Would You,” their answer will be “YES” almost 100% of the time
says Eric, which will take us to Step 5.

NOW… if they ask for more information first, just respond with, “I understand you want more
information, but everything you’re looking for is on the (DVD, website link, etc.). The fastest
way for you to really understand what I’m talking about will be for you to review that material.
So, if I give it to you, would you review it?”

If the person says no, then thank them for their time and move on. You can also review Steps 1
through 3 to see what you might have done differently. Do NOT give your material to them.

So… you’ve gone through the first 4 steps and the person said YES! They have agreed to review
your tool.
2.INVITATION
Invitation is an art, we have to master through practice.
Raw material for invitation –Human Resource.
Every great personality had manipulated HR
Invitation is an ongoing process.
Try to identify what guest Want most in life. His/Her area of interest. But always maintain
gravity of your system.
Create gravity of the presenter.

Make relations, be friends. Exchange contact no. Then after 2-3 conversations……..

Q1. “WHAT KIND OF WORK ARE YOU IN?” after answering, he may ask the same to you.
Give him a confident reply.
Q2. “ARE YOU LOOKING FOR SOMETHING TO REPLACE WHAT YOU ARE DOING,
OR JUST SOMETHING TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR CURRENT INCOME?”
Q3. “LET ME ASK YOU CAN YOU SEE YOURSELF FIVE YEARS FROM NOW, DOING
WHAT YOU ARE DOING RIGHT NOW?”

These questions are meant to get your prospect to tell you in one way or another that they are
tired of the current financial situation and want more.
Knowledge is absolutely essential for invitation
Never invite some one at the first contact after a long time
Never prejudge
Never say “please” to any body while inviting as we are giving such a big opportunity to them
Recruit through their eyes, not yours
Use the word ”YOU” atleast four times, more then the words “ME” and ”I”
Paint words pictures as you present
Use words that they understand
Let off the pressure. You are sending a wrong silent signal to your prospect that will kill your
business
Let your prospect tell you what they are working for, not you tell them
Let your prospect dominate in the conversion
Keep your body language open
Never bring your problem in conversation
