A fox fell into a well and couldn't get out. When a goat passed by, the fox tricked it into also jumping into the well by saying the water was delicious. The fox convinced the goat to help it escape by acting as a stepping stool. Once out, the fox abandoned the goat, leaving it trapped in the well. The fox warned the goat it should have thought more before jumping in.
