The targetted participants are mainly the Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM)
students and staffs. We decided to have the program as follows:

Date: 25th November 2019


Timing: 2.00pm – 5.00 pm
Venue: Dataran Anggerik

5.0 TENTATIVE PROGRAM

Time Activity
1.00pm Booth set up
2.00pm Starting to invite people and explain to
them about chinese traditional games
2.30pm Start of chinese chess competiton among
participants
4.30 pm Price giving ceremony for the games.
5.00 pm Clen and wrap up
6.0 JOB SPECIFICATION

1) Program director
-Book appropriate place to booth set up
2) Treasurer:
-Manages the overal event budget
3) Technical team
-Prepare tables and chairs for booth set up
4) Prize
- Manages prizes and gifts for participants

5) Booth set up & purchasing


- All are invoved
