*upon verification, user account locked due to too many incorrect input attempts.
*Sent a reset password email back to account‘s registered email address in SAP database as requested.

Unable to modify sharepoint calendar (ok button grayed out) - sharepoint calendar not showing in notes
*upon remote view, user cannot modify sharepoint calendar (ok is grayed out)

*click the plus sign and input URL and click ok and told user to then type in label of sharepoint calendar and click ok
*restarted calendar workspace app and sharepoint calendar still not display

*advised user to restart notes and to no avail
